Note: Albert & Claudine moved onto this place in 1946 just after Albert returned from service
in WWII. He and his brothers opened Shears Brothers Garage in Grant where he worked as a mechanic until
2000. They farmed part time and Albert always had a complete home work shop where he spent much of
his off work hours. The home and property have always been well maintained and everything is in good
condition. Make plans to be east of Grant on 128th St. at 2:00 PM on May 21st for the start of this nice
auction offering.
