Supported Browsers - 360 Federal Credit Union
Web24 Supported Software
Browser & OS Requirements
Connectivity, hardware and browser support are critical to providing the best user experience within Web24. We work hard to
make sure that Web24 renders properly and securely on the most popular systems. Below is a summary of recommended
hardware, browsers, and financial management software that we support.
Supported Browsers by Operating System
The following browsers have been tested with the current release of Web24 and determined to provide a reliable user experience.
Some of these browsers may show minor behavioral or cosmetic differences in Web24, but generally support the use of the banking
application and functionality. It is always recommended to use the latest supported browser version available. We expect (but
cannot guarantee) that Web24 will work with prior versions of the browsers listed. For Bill Pay IE 9 must be in Compatibility Mode.
Supported = fully functional; Allowed = major functionality with some design deficiencies; Blocked = not supported

Note from Microsoft: Support for Windows XP with Service Pack 2 (SP2) ended July 13, 2010. Members should upgrade to Windows XP with Service
Pack 3 (SP3) or to a later OS version.
Third-Party Account Management Software
Microsoft Money
We are aware that some Web24 users are able to export their Account History successfully to the most recent versions of Microsoft
Money. However, Microsoft itself no longer supports those products; therefore we cannot guarantee the reliability of exports to
them. Use of Microsoft Money with Web24 data is at the user’s discretion.
Intuit® Quicken® and Intuit QuickBooks®
Supported versions of Quicken and QuickBooks are 2010 through 2012. Quicken users on Mac’s Lion OS require Quicken Essentials
2010 for Mac.
Optimal Browser Settings
for IE 10 on Windows 8
Each time you log into Web24, it evaluates whether the same computer and browser is being used. The site looks for
cookies (electronic markers) in your computer’s memory and if it doesn’t find them, you are asked to identify yourself
again by providing a security code that is received by phone, email or text. After your computer is registered, you
shouldn’t need to provide a code again for that computer using that browser unless the cookies are deleted.
Note: Any time you use a public computer you should not activate the computer for later use, instead grant it one time
access.
Occasionally, you might not be able to log in without registering your computer each time – even after you have
registered it already. This may mean that the computer’s browser is clearing the cookies, so Web24 cannot recognize
the computer. If this is being experienced, here’s how to change the settings in IE10.
