Parmenter Named to BOMA’s Top 5 Companies
Commercial Real Estate Investment Firm Continues Corporate Commitment to Sustainability
P
armenter Realty Partners was named by BOMA International to the top five companies nationwide to have reached BOMA 360 status (April 2012). The Building Owners and Managers
Association International (BOMA) designed the program to recognize commercial properties that
execute best practices in overall building operations and management, including sustainability. Of the
firm’s 33 assets, 21 have achieved BOMA 360 recognition with the remaining structures pending or
in progress of obtaining the accolade. This recognition is a major milestone in a series of sustainability efforts taken by Parmenter in our corporate commitment to developing a sustainable portfolio. In
celebration of these achievements and Earth Day, the following charts and figures illustrate some
noteworthy achievements of our firm in recent years.

81%
of our buildings are BOMA 360

certification. The remaining
assets are in progress of
obtaining BOMA 360 status.
When BOMA named its top ten
companies, Parmenter found
itself in the top 5 alongside of
real estate giants such as CBRE,
Brookfield Properties, and
Piedmont Office Realty Trust.
Parmenter beat out several others
in the rankings, to include
Cushman & Wakefield and
Hines. With 100’s of billions of
dollars of assets under management by our competition,
Parmenter was proud to be
ranked in the top 5 by a count of
buildings!
We are proud to note that as a
percentage of our portfolio this
accomplishment is a major
milestone in our continued
dedication to sustainability,
creating better places to work,
