local sales representative.
BACK ORDERS
All back orders of $100.00 or more will be shipped within 4-6 weeks,
no shipping charge. Back orders less than $100.00 will be cancelled,
unless otherwise requested.

All catalog prices are wholesale prices. Our suggested retail is a 2.5 markup
from the listed price. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Additional catalogs are available upon request. $5 for a single catalog
and $15 for a complete set. You can view the catalogs free

CUSTOMER SERVICE/SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Customer service is available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to
5:00pm (PST). Sales Representatives are located throughout the U.S. Call

QUANTITY DISCOUNT
Order twelve or more of any one style number and receive 10% off those
items. Quantity discount applies to current product only.
SHIPPING
US Orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested.
MINIMUM ORDERS
Minimum order is $500.00/re-orders must be $300.00. We understand
that occasionally a special order is necessary to fulfill a customer request.
In order to cover handling charges, special orders under $300.00 will be
subject to a processing fee of $5.00 in addition to shipping.

All Boma jewelry is made from .925 sterling silver. Due to the natural
softness of sterling, Boma utilizes stainless steel post ear backs for a
more secure fit.

Please keep in mind that many naturally occurring stones will have what may
appear to be imperfections, including color variances and a visible matrix.
These qualities are a reflection of the natural character of many stones and
should not be regarded as flaws. Boma makes every effort to ensure a
consistent quality of stone for every piece of jewelry.
GUARANTEED FOR LIFE
All Boma Jewelry is crafted from the finest raw materials available and each
piece is guaranteed for life against defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident,
negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in
materials or workmanship. If our products do not conform to this guarantee,
please return merchandise to the point of purchase and Boma shall repair
or replace the defective products as long as the item or components are still
available. Lifetime guarantee does not cover tarnishing, damage due to
normal wear and tear, or abuse as determined by Boma. For more
