Swackhammer an evil alien theme park owner,
needs a new attraction at Moron Mountain.
When his gang, the Nerdlucks, head to Earth to
kidnap Bugs Bunny and the Looney Tunes, Bugs
challenges them to a basketball game to determine their fate. The aliens agree, but they steal
the powers of NBA basketball players, including
Larry Bird and Charles Barkley-- so Bugs gets
some help from superstar Michael Jordan.

begin to regain her dignity and to make money
the “quick” way.”

Local Alabama author Linda Howard has written
over thirty New York Bestsellers! Participants are
asked to discuss the book they chose to read.
Plus, we’ll learn about her personal life and
writing.
Closing Event!
Tea Party
Author T.K. Thorne is the guest speaker at our
tea party. Enjoy discussing how to become a
successful writer with an award winning author.
Refreshments will be served! Books will be
available to purchase and have autographed.
Parents, please make a note in the “On Your Mark,
Get set, READ” folder for each day your child makes
their reading goal.
Every week during Summer Reading that your child
meets their goal they will get a sticker in their “On
Your Mark, Get set, READ” folder and a prize. You
must bring your “On Your Mark, Get set, READ”
folder with you to get your weekly prize!!!
GRAND PRIZE – Kids that reach their reading goal
every week (7 weeks) will receive an invitation to the
Library Pool Party at the Oneonta City Pool!!!!!
Teens & Adults
In your registration bag, you will find several Bingo
cards. Cross off Bingo squares by completing a wide
range of fun challenges – everything from “Read a
book by an Alabama author” to “Drink 8 glasses of
water today.”
When you Bingo (cross off five squares in a row diagonally, horizontally, or vertically), bring your Bingo
card to the library and you’ll be entered into a
drawing for one of several prize baskets. There is no
limit to the number of Bingo cards you can complete
and turn in.
Want to know what’s in the basket? They’ll be on
display in the library!
