Autumn servicing season has just started.
October and November are for many of you the
time of intensified servicing work. Tire change,
wheel change, vehicle overhaul before winter,
battery check and battery change are just a few
of works to be done by you in this time of the
year. But for the servicing garage to work properly we need suitable parts selection and a competent employees. Besides proper garage management, above factors are a half of success of
every modern garage.
I am sure that you have more new experiences and technical knowledge after the 10th
Exhibition Fair of Spare Parts, Tools and Garage Equipment. We hope that Exhibition prepared for our Customers meet your expectations
and that you got advantage of all trainings and
presentations we have prepared about modern
technical solutions and products in automotive industry. But this is not all from us. During
Autumn we offer you another possibilities of improving your employees’ qualifications. We strongly recommend you technical trainings prepared
by our Suppliers, as well as participating in mobile exhibition event, called Show Car. Because the
trainings take place in different cities and towns
and at different times, all of you will be able to
participate in them and to learn some new
information.
Details are presented further in this issue of IC
Wiadomości.
I would also like to recommend getting familiar with previous quarter events and our regular technical supplements for IC Wiadomości. In
this issue we are presenting our current offer for
garage equipment and the second part of technical supplement about exhaust gas recirculation

Dear All!
The annual Exhibition Fair of Spare Parts,
Tools and Garage Equipment is now past and
this year we had two great anniversaries. First
one was the 20th anniversary of Inter Cars SA,
and the second one was the 10th anniversary of our meetings during the Trade Fair. Yes,
it is now twenty years since Inter Cars SA started setting new standards in spare parts distribution in Poland.
We started very humbly, as most distributors
and entrepreneurs at that time. When new,
independent market was growing in Poland,
Autumn is probably the best season for servicing garages as well as for distributors. But with
growing technical awareness of driver we can
notice now, that this season is not so much different from other seasons, as it used to be in the
past.
Like all previous years, this year we have also
prepared for you many offers and proposals,
which we hope you will find interesting, and
all the details can be fount further in this issue
of IC Wiadomości.

Today, thanks to your trust and openness to
innovation, Inter Cars SA is the fourth automotive spare parts distributor in Europe in turns of
turnover volume.
Inter Cars was growing simultaneously.
Key point in our development was the year
1999, when the Company was transformed
into joint-stock company. It was also a year
when new Logistic Centre in Cząstków Mazowiecki was open, thanks to which Inter Cars SA
became a modern company, fully prepared for
competing not only in Polish market, but also
abroad. A year late our first home fair takes
place and new branches in Bielsko – Biała,
Sosnowiec, Częstochowa and four in Warsaw:
at Waryńskiego, Powsińska, Lazurowa and 11
Listopada Street start operating.
Today, thanks to your trust and openness to
innovation, Inter Cars SA is the fourth automotive spare parts distributor in Europe in turns of
turnover volume. 130 branches in Poland and
52 foreign branches with total income at about two billion PLN create a chance of becoming
the number one in Europe.
Our distribution model of spare parts which
is based on partner relationships and sharing
profits, works not only in Poland but also in all
other countries, where Inter Cars SA is present.
Thanks to this we are leaders in those countries
or we challenge to be one.
And in the meantime, after a very hot summer,
autumn came, and though we had a favourable
weather during the Fair, the rain reminds us that
we will have to face another season of work.

Our distribution model is based on cooperation with servicing garages and as you can see
in our financial results, we have made a good
choice. And that is why we are doing our best
to create the most partner relations with garages we can. I realise that as a large corporation and a quickly developing and growing
one, we have made some mistakes and taken
some wrong decisions, for which I would like
to apologise.
One of elements, and a very important one, in
building partner relationships with garages, is
MOTOINTEGRATOR platform.
And though we are talking about
MOTOINTEGRATOR for over a year now, I could
see, after some talks I had during the Fair, that
there are still many misunderstandings about the role of the platform on the market. Sometimes I even heard anxiety about the platform being aimed against servicing garages.
So I would like to remind you all the main rules
and mission of MOTOINTEGRATOR.
First of all, the main aim of establishing
MOTOINTEGRATOR platform is: making it
easier for the drivers to have their car repaired,
by helping them choose the right spare parts
and making an appointment with the nearest
servicing garage.
Second reason was to gain new customers for
garages, where all the work connected with
gaining them, choosing the right parts and ordering parts to be delivered to the right garage is done by MOTOINTEGRATOR. Of course it is the garage who will collect the payment for ordered spare parts and that is why
they should not be afraid of loosing profit
margin on the parts, because the price to be
paid by the garage includes trade conditions
of the garage. Participating in Motointegrator
platform is absolutely free of charge for the
garage. Someone might ask, so what is a
catch to it, has Inter Cars SA become a charity
organisation now? There is no catch to it at all,
we are just realising our trade operation philosophy, by sharing the profits with our partners. Besides bigger number of repairs in garages cooperating with us, means our turnover
increase, as our parts are sold. I would like to

The strongest
event
10th anniversary of Exhibition Fair of Spare Parts, Tools and Garage Equipment
of Inter Cars S.A. are now finished. We are presenting
you a short photo relation,
thanks to which we will
move back in time to Modlin Airport and once again go through all the emotions that took place during
the Fair.
The hosts of the Fair were Radosław Grześkowiak and Szymon Majewski.
This time, new President of the Board,
Robert Kierzek,
welcomed all the guests.
This year’s Fair was
170 exhibitors,
world manufacturers
of automotive
spare parts.
Garage Equipment
Exhibition was like
always very popular
among our Guests.
The stand presented all
the equipment which is
necessary in every
professional servicing
garage.
Within two days we
recorded 25
thousand visitors.
Also special exhibitions
were very popular among
our Guests.
Inter Cars SA projects
were also presented
during the Fair.
Each year well
known press titles
visit our Fair.
Special Guest of this year Fair,
Mariusz Pudzianowski
organised strength contests
for the public, which
gathered lots of funs to at the
main stage.
On Saturday and Sunday
Szymon Majewski prepared
contest for the public. “No
End” quiz was very popular,
especially because participants could win special
statue, prepared for this
contest and other very interesting rewards.
Nasty Ladies band acted on
stage for the first time.
For the second time
now, in Heavy Duty
Zone , we have prepared contest of pulling
the truck, pushing round a tyre and pulling
Inca ATV. Trucks were
fighting for the title of
“Miss Truck”. (More on
page 33).
The Fair without beautiful girls from Evolution stu-adio could not take place. The girls presented thee la
lantest trends in garage fashion and also beautifull uunannd
derwear. Sponsors of two shows were Beta and
Comma - manufacturer of high class engine oils.
For the title of the Strongest Garage the participants
were fighting by changing the tyres in the shortes
time possible, and the winner received a tyre changer and wheel balancer. Rewards were sponsored by
Continental.

The holiday season is now finished, when most of us got advantage of
the sun and when our truck was going through Poland from the South
to the North, realizing the training program of ShowCar project.
The time of the year, by many people considered as silly season, is an ideal moment to develop and improve qualifications of employees
and garage owners. It was similar with the trainings organized by us. July and August recorded the biggest number of participants during
our visit in Ostrołęka (Olszewo-Borki), Gdynia,
Koszalin and Szczecin.
With the slogan: Invest in yourself and your
employees, almost 150 mechanics and servicing garage owners from Szczecin area, within
5 working days, visited the Show Car” - says Katarzyna Mędrkiewicz, Operational Director of
Szczecin Group of Branches. “The truck of the
Show Car, its really well arranged area inside,
was used as training room. Technical knowledge necessary in every servicing garage was presented by the representatives fo the following
companies: BOSCH, DELPHI, ELRING, TRW, TEXTAR and CONTITECH. Wide offer of garage furniture and tools and exhibition of garage equ-

ipment placed in a tent by the car, were very
popular and our visitors liked them very much.
You could see, touch, get some technical hints
and also exchange opinions and experiences.
Each participant of training received food and
also there were special rewards for purchase on
the day of training. At the end of the training,
all participants received from Regional Sales Representative, a certificate of participation in the
training, and questionnaires gathered from customers, measuring the level of satisfaction will
be a basis of our future better cooperation” adds K. Mędrkiewicz.
Our truck was also present during many automotive events – Rage Race 2010 (www.rage-race.pl) and Gran Turismo Polonia 2010 (www.gtpolonia.com), during which Show Car accompanied by the most expensive and the fastest cars of
the world went through Polish roads, promoting
Motointegrator.pl platform.

Inter Cars Ukraine:
10 years of stability
Headquarters of Inter Cars Ukraine in Kiev.
The time is a thing which constantly goes ahead, sometimes even runs
and for some people it rushes fast. For some people in Ukraine and in
Poland it seems as it was just yesterday…
And it was 10 years ago!

Inter Cars Ukraine was established in the year
2000 in Chmielnicki and till today a branch
operates in this place. In 2001 the headquarters of the Company and the main warehouse
of Inter Cars Ukraine were moved to Kiev.
In 2003 a branch of Inter Cars Ukraine was
open in Czernihow. Later in Winnica and next,
in 2004 in Donieck and also a second branch in
Kiev. Two years later, new logistic centre of Inter Cars Ukraine was open in Kiev, which has
an area of over 2000 m2. Later years (2006 till
2008) brought further development of distribution network in Ukraine. 10 new branches
started operating during this period.: in Krzemieniec, Zaporoż, Równe, Czerkasy, Kirwograd,
Mariupol, Żytomierz, two in Dniepropietrowsk
and third branch in Kiev.
Ten years of cooperation with Poland and gaining expertise on domestic market resulted
in great number of 16 branches. But the managing team will not rest on their laurels and
will continue to develop the availability, assortment and also brand awareness of Inter Cars
SA among Ukrainian Customers. They will also
pay special attention to building stability and
to guarantee of service offered by Ukrainian
branches on their market.
The anniversary of Inter Cars Ukraine was celebrated together with the employees by resting
in a picturesque place nearby Kiev. The whole day was filled with sport attractions and fair
play competitions. After the sport part of celebration, there was a banquet with artistic program.

As we promised, once again we are relating Inter Cars Series 4x4 2010.
II edition of this year round of series 4x4 took
place on the 24-25th July in Bukowno nearby Olkusz, where on a sandy ground the participants and fans could feel like being a part
of Dakar race, the biggest off-road race in the
world. The weather was not favouring the fans
but made the contestants feel better.
Low temperature and rain showers, although
were very severe for the vehicles, did not cause
engine overheating. Sand and knee deep furrows were very demanding for the drivers and
forced them to show their best techniques of
driving, but also getting out form sand traps.

Drag racing in Hungary
VTG on a big music
event in Poland
Over 80 thousand people came to Bemowo in Warsaw on 16th June 2010. Everyone
came to participate in Metallica concert.
VTG Team was also invited to the event. Gathered fans could admire three super cars
exhibited at the airport by the power factory. Super fast, legendary Corvette 4x4 VTG
Inter Cars Castrol, Nissan Skyline R34 and
great Shelby GT500. Waiting for the concert of the Star, lots of fans were admiring
the cars and getting as close as possible to
them.
When finally Metallica arrived, the Leader
said with astonishment, that there are so
many people that he can’t even see where
the crowd ends.
Great music and great cars, such a mixture
was for sure favoured by all the fans.
New record of Grzegorz Staszewski.
On Saturday, 11th September 2010 in
Kiskunlachaza in Hungary it was raining
since early morning …
No one even thought for a while, that on this day the new
record will be broken for ¼ mile racing. Grzegorz Staszewski in Corvette 4x4 VTG Inter Cars Castrol reached the
top of possibilities of cars with road homologation. Getting the result of 8,5 seconds he confirmed his domination and settled the new record of Poland. Even the strongest Hungarian cars had to give way for Polish Driver. This
year Corvette will participate in at least one more competition. Maybe he will be able to surprise us one more time?
