Nigori Sake $ 10.95
Premium Sake $ 12
Nihon Sake (Kobe, Japan)
日本盛
Hana Awaka (Sparkling) Sake
花泡香
From Kobe, Japan, this sake layered with
essence of green apples and fresh kiwi fruit. It
gives a very special smooth taste and flavor. It
pairs well with not only hibachi, but also sushi.
300ML: $12
This is a refreshing, fizzy, low-alcohol sake.
This light, pleasant bubbly sake is just perfect
as after-work drinks. Hana Awaka has a mild
sweetness and acidity. Serve very well chilled.
250ML:$14
Karatamba
辛丹波
Ozeki Platinum Daiginjo
大關大吟酿
Karatamba is brewed in Tamba region, known
for Japan’s best sake brew masters. A dry, crisp
flavor that is full, smooth and rich on the palate.
300ML: $16; 720ML: $36; 1.8L: $92
The only junmai daiginjo brewed in the U.S.
Refreshing, dry and smooth with a fruity
aroma, it goes with hibachi and tempura.
300ML: $17;
720ML: $38
Yamadanishiki Tokubetsu Jumai
山田錦
Otokoyama Tokubetsu Junmai
男山
Uses Yamadanishiki rice, the best sake making
rice. The rice has a larger kernel, so even at the
high rice polishing rate the rice is left with
enough starchy core essential to producing a
natural full-bodied flavor. It pairs excellent with
Hibachi steak and Teriyaki.
300ML: $17
720ML: $38
The strength in this brew rests in it
unmistakable dryness and working acidity
play. The flavor profile is very solid in the
sense that it has a clean viscosity wrapped in
a mouthful of dried fruit flavors and subtle
earthiness. This sake pairs well with Sushi.
300ML: $22 ;
720ML: $49
Nigori Sake
濁り酒
Kurosawa Junmai
黒沢 明
NIGORI is the way sake first appeared when it
was brewed for the Imperial Court in Kyoto as
well as for most of its 2,000 year history. It is
coarsely-filtered and the sweetest of all our
types of sake. It is especially delicious with very
spicy seasoned dishes.
375ML: $13; 750ML: $22; 1.8L:$43
In the Japanese art tradition of sake, the
Kimoto brewing process is rare. Few sake
breweries are able to provide the meticulous
hand brewing steps. It required of the
Kimoto title. This smooth, dry sake will
enhance any cuisine.
300ML: $18;
720ML: $41
Wakatake Nigori Onikoroshi Junmai
若竹鬼
Koten Sharaku Daiginjo
古典寫楽
This nigori has more power than meets the eye.
This dry, unfiltered Sake has aromas of summer
fruits like melon, strawberry, and peach.
Luscious and creamy on the palate with a clean,
refreshing finish. It's light and fresh, but it can
stand on its own.
500ML: $32
Sharaku is a painstakingly hand crafted
artisan Sake, with exquisite aroma and a
mellow flavor most prized in a premium
Daiginjo grade Sake. Sharaku complements
a wide array of cuisine from simple grilled
fish, to buttery-flavored dishes.
300ML: $26;
720ML: $59
Wakatake Junmai Ginjo
若竹鬼ころし
Kagatobi Yamahai Junmai
加賀鳶
Very clean, almost watermelon-tinged nose.
Round in the mouth, a trace short and dry on
the finish. This extra effort produces a sake that
is layered and complex, light and fragrant.
About 2% of all sake production in Japan
reaches the grade level of Junmai Ginjo.
300ML: $24;
720ML: $55
Brewed in traditional “Yamahai” method.
Dry, full-body sale with perfect acidity. Very
sharp finish. “Super dry “– it’s noticeable dry
for those who love it dry, but not
overpowering for those who might not.
300ML: $18;
720ML: $41
