Okunomatsu Ginjo 奥 の 松 苍
Ozeki Karatamba 辛丹波
This is versatile and unassuming sake that goes well
with all types of appetizers, such as raw vegetables, as it
will not overwhelm the flavor of the foods. It has a
subtle and unique flavor that also compliments such
foods as miso-based dip, meats, chicken tenderloin,
white fish, and shellfish.
Ozeki Karatamba is brewed in Tamba region, known
for Japan’s best sake brewmasters. A dry, crisp flavor that is full, smooth and rich on the palate.

Koten Sharaku Daiginjo 古典寫楽
Wakatake Junmai Ginjo 若竹鬼ころし
Sharaku is a painstakingly hand crafted artisan Sake,
with exquisite aroma and a mellow flavor most prized
in a premium Daiginjo grade Sake. Sharaku
complements a wide array of cuisine from simple
grilled fish, to stir-fried fresh vegetables, and butteryflavored dishes.
Very clean, almost watermelon-tinged nose. Round
in the mouth, a trace short and dry on the
finish. .This extra effort produces a saké that is
layered and complex, light and fragrant. Only about
2% of all saké production in Japan reaches the grade
level of Junmai Ginjo.

any cuisine, Countless years of tradition are captured in
every bottle and every distinctive taste of Kurosawa
JunMai Kimoto.
Onikoroshi means "Demon Slayer," and this petite
package has more power than meets the eye. This
dry, unfiltered Sake has aromas of summer fruits like
melon, strawberry, and peach. Luscious and creamy
on the palate with a clean, refreshing finish. It's light
and fresh, but it can stand on its own. Serve chilled
with fish, Udon soups, and salads.

the sweetest of all our types of sake. It is especially
delicious with very spicy and well seasoned dishes.

wrapped in a mouthful of dried fruit flavors and subtle
earthiness. This is a very user-friendly dependable sake
that Sushi & Sashimi, Grilled Fish, Shellfish, Grilled
Meats, BBQ & Skewers,
Tokubetsu means “special” and is special in many
ways. The signature ingredient of this sake is the fine
