Go to the QChem website
and select:
"Free
Evaluation"

Select and download the
Windows version

Use the WinRAR program
to extract the qchem files

Select "Destination path", for
example "C:\Program Files\QChem"

On the main computer window,
go to "Start" and "Run"

In the "Open" dialog window
type "cmd", and click OK

In the "Dos" window, go to the
directory with the qchem files,
by typing for example:
'cd C:\"Program Files"\QChem'

Go to the "exe" subdirectory
by typing: "cd exe"

Run the "qcprerun" program
by typing: "qcprerun"
Send the "hostname", the "sid", and your order
number to : [email protected]

When you receive the license file, rename
the file into "license.qchem.dat", and copy
the license file into the qchem license
folder, for example:
"C:\Program Files\QChem\qcaux\license"
