meet the development and career aspirations of the stylist or salon, and ultimately help increase their knowledge,
confidence, and income.
As always, we are committed to providing you with the necessary education in order to grow as a stylist, therefore
growing your profits. Your investment in knowledge is key to set yourself apart and be more successful!
Whether at the Redken Exchange in Toronto or a Regional program in your local market, Redken Education offers
an array of programs that include the latest trends and techniques, along with business skills that will grow your
personal income. In 2016 we will continue to provide our core Principle Based programs, The “Know Why’s” in
Haircolor, Design, and Finishing, as well as newly created programs that cater to a wide range of skills development
and interests.
Please note that while the names of our programs largely remain consistent with previous years, the trends and
techniques presented are new for 2016.
It is our belief that learning truly happens when behaviours change… the results you will experience when you
implement new ideas and information are the basis of growth that will enable us all to learn better, earn better, and

the end of a program you are not 100% satisfied, see us and
we promise to refund the difference personally.
THE SUMMIT is not a seminar and will be unlike any
educational event you’ve attended in the past. It is a four
day experience which will be just the beginning of your
journey to improve your salon or spa business.
DAY 1
Extensive classroom training on The Summit principles and
the strategic plans needed to implement them effectively.

Classroom time combined with question and answer sessions
with salons and spas that have implemented the Summit
Salon systems. This experience will deepen your faith and
increase your ability to go back to your salon or spa and
implement the vision effectively.
