FALL into your new look for autumn by revamping your summer hair and skin.
Summer has some of our favorite pastimes; sunny days at the beach, playing in the
ocean, or swimming in the pool. These are some of the best times, however they are
also the biggest contributors to damaging your hair and skin.
Here are some ways to help heal your lovely locks and get your skin soft and smooth
again. For your hair start with a fresh cut. There is nothing that will help heal more
than to cut the split ends off. Help your scalp and hair by using a scrub, like Redken’s Natures Rescue Scrub, to exfoliate dead skin and product build up. Follow up
the exfoliater with a protein based shampoo, like Redken’s Extreme Shampoo, this
will fill in all the little gaps throughout the strand of hair making it stronger. Finally
to complete the series, finish up with a deep conditioning, like Redken’s Smooth
Down Butter Treat, this will seal down the outer cuticle of the hair giving it softness
and shine. Let’s not forget color! A glaze is one of the easiest ways to add shine,
smooth hair, and add tone to hair for very little money!
When your skin looks great you feel amazing. At the salon we offer many types of
facials that can pin point problem spots. We start many facials with exfoliation, like
Repechage’s Honey Almond Sugar Scrub, to remove the dead, dull, rough skin. We
follow that up with a personalized treatment mask, like Repechage’s Hydra Dew Illuminating Cream Mask, to calm, cool, and treat the skin. The final step is to lightly
massage in a moisturizer, like Hydra 4 Day Lotion with SPF. This will give your skin
the final smooth protective barrier that it needs to face the day. At home your routine
should be wash, tone, and moisturize with the products prescribed for your skin type.
