The Shops at Murieta Marketplace, a 115,000 sq ft upscale shopping experience, will serve the affluent
2500 acre residential, equestrian and golf communities of Rancho Murieta, the historic Sierra foothills
and the surrounding region.
Strategically located on the primary foothill arterial of Hwy 16 at the signalized intersection of Murieta
Parkway, this mixed use master plan also includes the Murieta Airport, an FAA certified , private jet
compatible facility and the Murieta Inn, an 83 room boutique resort hotel . The hotel, spa and conference
facility (under construction / completion Fall 2016) will serve the current 22,000+ hotel nights/ year
demand, in conjunction with the Murieta Equestrian Center next door and the historic foothill tourist
industry. The Murieta Inn shares an outdoor concert venue and park with the Marketlplace connecting
directly to the retail shops, restaurants and services for resort client convenience and synergy. Additional
extended stay accommodations and a new residential village complete the master plan (see attached

We look forward to the opening of our signature grocer, Raley’s, as the predominant anchor in the
Marketplace, in the Fall of 2017, with the flexibility to accommodate a complimenting junior anchor,
