As we celebrate our Nation’s 47th birthday this
9th August, the calling by our National Leaders for unity is
synonymous for our Club. I would like to resonate this “human
factor unity” to bring our Club for more successful years to
come. So far, with your support and encouragement, my
team and I are endeavouring to build our Family Club to its
firm footing steadily but surely.
I would like to take this opportunity to welcome
two new co-opted members to the MC (Management
Committee). They are Dr David Chung and Mr Goh Soo Jin.
Dr Chung is a senior Chartered Architect & Arbitrator who will
chair “Development-612” Sub-Committee (previously called
“Development Sub-Committee”) whereas Mr Goh who is a
Director at Standard Chartered Bank will chair the Swimming
Sub-Committee. I call on all Members to extend to them the
same warmth and support that you have been giving to the
elected “The Members’ Voice Team”.
We have just finalised the formation of the various
Sub-Committees except the Audit Committee. As regards the
Audit Committee, I am inviting three members with financial
and/or legal expertise to provide an independent review for
the governance of the Club’s financial control systems and
its compliance with the Club Rules and Bye-Laws and the
relevant statutory requirements.
Of special mention is the new Lifestyle & Wellness
Sub-Committee.
This committee will provide new
programmes for the young and senior members’ needs.
The MC would like to thank all Members who
have responded and came forward to assist the Club in the
various sub-committees. In fact, we are glad to see so many
professionals rendering their advice and expertise.
On behalf of the newly elected MC members, I
would like to thank the outgoing committee members for
their contributions during their term of office. A “Thank you
(outgoing) & Welcome (new) Dinner” will be held in August.
To better comprehend the Club’s operations, the
MC had met up with the HODs on 13 June. We had two
cost down in order to stem the increasing deficit.
As an update, the Club has instituted legal
proceedings in the High Court to recover about $2 million of
Club’s monies from Mr Freddie Koh, the former President.
On the Development front, we were stunned by
the notification from Building Control Authority (BCA) in midJuly informing the Club that it did not obtain the Temporary
Occupation Permit (TOP) / Certificate of Statutory Completion
(CSC) for our 35 newly-constructed and/or renovated areas
that had been opened for members’ use since 9 April 2012.
This is a non-Compliance with the BCA Code which means
these areas are not allowed for members/guests to access/
use.
An emergency MC meeting with the Club’s
architect, Hiladt Architects LLP, was called within two hours
of BCA’s notification. Hiladt Architects have since submitted
the application for TOP and to regularize all drawings and
submissions. Meanwhile in the interest of time and to prevent
the wide disruption to the members’ usage, Hiladt Architects
had sought for Partial TOP inspection by BCA on 19 July;
and subsequently updated the Club that only the following
areas shall remain closed until further notice:
- Extended car park area from 2nd to 5th storey
- Canopy outside main entrance drive
- Lift to the newly extended block
- Health/spa rooms and jackpot room
- Palms Café and Main Kitchen
In the meantime, we look forward to the opening of the New
Palms at its original site by late September or early October
subject to TOP being obtained.
In September, we have scheduled the 18th SSC
Open Invitational Midget Swim Meet; and the Annual Sports
Awards Night.
Finally, on behalf of the Management Committee
and Staff, I wish all Members a Happy National Day. Together
we advance and progress with our Nation the interests of the
Club in mind.

With the members of the new Management Committee
having been assigned their respective portfolios and the
new Sub-Committees set-up and propagated with an influx
of new volunteers, we are looking forward to their ongoing
contributions which we believe will impact positively upon the
Club’s operations and administration.
With fresh faces and fresh ideas, the Management
Team looks forward to working closely with all the respective
Sub-Committees in order to harness their energies to help
the Club fully realize its goals and objectives.
On a different note, members are aware; we are in
the home stretch of the redevelopment works and with this in
mind, the Club is hoping to have most of the facilities back in
operation and available for members’ use by late September
or early October.
Moving forward, the Club will once again celebrate
National Day with a day planned with a full range of activities,
games and events which will transition into an evening of
watching the National Day Parade on the various screens
around the Club.

Delay in Opening of The Palms &
Further Suspension of
Minimum Spending Levy
Due to delay in the renovation works, the opening of The
Palms is now scheduled between late September and
early October 2012.
The minimum spending levy is further suspended until the
effective date of the opening of The Palms.

Feature column at Palm Cafe
By the time Members received this edition of the Splash
Magazine, phase 2 works of the re-development is well under
way. Extension work had started for the Palms Café and the
Main Kitchen in early May. The new Palms Café would allow
more seating capacity and a new air-conditioning system
that replaces the dilapidated old units. In the kitchen the old
equipment is re-conditioned, new equipment added; and
the kitchen has a new layout for better workflow. These two
areas are near completion and should be able to open for
use by late September or early October 2012, barring any
unforeseen circumstances.
The construction work has progressively started
in the Fountain Café and the Pool Room in the Bowling
Centre. The Fountain Café will have more seating capacity on
extended timber deck and the Pool Room will accommodate
snooker tables. Work on these areas should be completed in
August and by mid-September respectively.
The toilet next to Palms Café is a new work
addition in phase 2. Demolition work started in early June.
The rejuvenated toilet will have a fresh look with new stone
finishes and fitted with new sanitary fittings. The mechanical
ventilation is upgraded and an opening is created to allow
more natural light into the toilets.
Members Concerns and Feedback
The new Development-612 Sub-Committee has made
the task of following up on Members’ safety concerns and
feedback as a priority. Development-612 is working with the
Consultants to review the issues raised and to address them
expeditiously.
Improvement works would be implemented in
stages to minimize the inconvenience to Members.

That this general meeting of the members hereby censures all the members of the Management
Committee 2007/2008*, with the exception of Ms Loreen Teo, for incurring non-budgetary capital
expenditure without obtaining the prior approval of the Club’s members, during their term of office.
Resolution B - Motion of “No Confidence” to bar Various Persons from holding office for 5 years
That this general meeting of the members hereby issues all the members of the Management

REMINDERS
Default in Payment
Club Rule 5c – Life Member
Members are advised to settle Club dues on time to avoid
suspension and incurring extra charges.
In accordance with Club Rule 20, if you default on
your payment, you shall cease to be a member of the Club.
Reinstatement of your membership will require settlement of
all outstanding dues and payment of extra charges including
penalty charges. Furthermore, Members have to provide
a written explanation to request for reinstatement which is
granted on a case to case basis.
(i)
An Ordinary or Lady Member who has paid full
resident subscriptions for a total period of not
less than twenty years, and having attained the
age of 60 years or more may, on application
and upon payment of a lump sum of 24
months’ subscriptions, be granted a Life
Membership.
(ii)
An Ordinary or Lady Member who has paid full
resident subscriptions for a total period of not
less than twenty-five years, and having attained
the age of 60 years or more may, on
application and upon payment of a lump sum
of 12 months’ subscription, be granted a Life
Membership.

Please be reminded that under Club Rules, Members are
required to register their marriage with the Club. Members
who register their spouses within six (6) months from the
Date of Marriage (i.e. the ROM date) are entitled to a 50%
discount off the prevailing spouse entrance fee. Backdated
subscriptions and surcharge of up to 100 percent will apply
if an application is submitted after the 6-month grace period.

Guest Rules
Please be reminded that under Club Rules, Ordinary
Members’ children shall be registered with the Club within
6 months of their attaining the age of three. Backdated
subscriptions and surcharge of up to 100% will apply if your
children are registered after the 6-month grace period. All
you need to do is fill up the registration form available at Front
Desk Reception and submit it together with a photocopy of
your child’s birth certificate for verification.
A person eligible for introduction as a guest to the Club
may be introduced as a guest to the Club by a Member or
a Nominee not more than once in any week and the person
having been thus introduced as a guest to the Club may not
be signed in by the same Member or Nominee or any other
Member or Nominee in the same week (one week shall be
deemed to be from Monday to Sunday), except with the
written permission of the Management Committee.

Bankruptcy
In the event that a Member is made a bankrupt or enters
into a voluntary arrangement with his creditors under the
Bankruptcy Act, he shall inform the Club within 30 days.
Reminder for Conversion
Kindly note that it shall be the responsibility of the Parents to
ensure that their Children’s conversion to Junior Membership
and Ordinary Membership is made within the prescribed
6-month period from their sixteenth and twenty-first birthday
respectively. In the event that this option is not exercised
after a period of 18 months from the date he/she attained
16 years and 21 years, his/her right to convert to Junior
Membership and Ordinary Membership shall cease. Noncompliance with the above Rules may result in penalties /
surcharges.

1 Day Fun Excursion – 15 June
Exploring the
great outdoors!

Hat – checked! Sunglasses – checked! Water bottle –
checked! All prepared and ready to go on an excursion! Our
first stop was Hay Dairies Goat Farm at Lim Chu Kang. A
staff member greeted us at the entrance upon arrival and
the tour began at the milking station, where the milking
process was explained. After that, we had a walk around
the goat pens before heading to the next destination, Land
Transport Authority (LTA) Gallery.
We learnt about the history of the transportation
system in Singapore as well as the present systems. We
were also educated on the different ways to manage road
usage for smoother traffic flow and got a peek of the future
technology LTA is hoping to introduce over time. After that,
we headed to our last stop – The Animal Resort.
Greeting us was the owner, introducing us to the
various four-legged, two-legged, finned, furry and feathered
animals at the farm. She taught us how to properly interact
with the animals and gave everyone a packet of feed for the
animals. Most of the children loved the adorable rabbits and
guinea pigs. Roaming freely and leisurely on the premises
were cranes, chickens, ducks, hens and pigeons. There
was also a very tall and magnificent, brown, retired racing
horse at the stable, with a goat as companion. It was a rare
chance for the children and they were excited and eager to
pat the horse. After spending the rest of the afternoon at the
farm, it was time to head back to the Club. It was tiring but a
day filled with fun, rewarding and new experiences!

Father’s Day card-making workshop – 9 June
Showing Love to Dad

The workshop started off with the instructor
Vidhya giving each participant a piece of coloured
paper to fold into half to make a card. Participants
picked their favourite colours and designs. Some
of them chose a strawberry design while others
picked the car and shirt design. When the card
cover was completed, it was time to pen down
their love for dad in words. The workshop was a
great opportunity for the kids to showcase
their art and craft skills to make a love
dedication to their dads. The end

Balloon Twisting workshop – 16 June
Twisting ballrooms 101

At the beginner course, our Kidz Club Members had fun
learning the techniques of twisting balloons into animal
shapes, bouquets and other objects. They first learned the
simple steps of making a balloon sword and were given a
set of illustrated instructions for creating a dog and a laser
gun. Later, the kids had a contest to showcase their master
pieces.

Spain is the Champion!

Thirty-eight Members came to D’Sports in the middle of the night, to support their
favourite soccer teams. Majority supported the Italian team but it did not deter
the Spanish team supporters’ spirit - their cheers grew louder when Spain hit
a 4-0 victory. Arun won a Spain jersey for correctly guessing the champion and
Nandwani Dinesh won the lucky draw - a bottle of Johnnie Walker Black Label.

14th Taekwondo Open Championship – 19 May
Alexander done it thrice!

On Saturday, 19 May the Club’s 13th Taekwondo Open
Championship was held at the Mountbatten and Fort
rooms. 25 participants contested in the Individual Poomsae,
Individual Freestyle and Sparring Events.
Umpired by referees from the Singapore Taekwondo
Federation (STF), the highlight was undoubtedly the Male
Poom/Black Belt Youth Category (Under 64kg) final between
Khoe Cai Hao and defending champion of past two years,
Alexander Chow. With a tied score after three rounds of
sparring competition, the boys went into a sudden death
combat with Alexander emerging as the winner. He brought
home the Best Performance award for the third time
consecutively.
Our Martial Arts and Fitness Convenor, Khoe Hong
Oan, presented the medals and souvenirs to the winners,
participants, referees and coaches. Long service awards
were also given to our coaches, Sam Tan (15 years), Ben
Chong (5 years) and Usha (5 years).

With heat rays piercing down on the pitch at the Dunman
High School at 3pm, 20 Members braved the heat in the
competition. The four teams (Warrior, Rangers, Snipers
& Commandos) played on a round robin format. The final
match went down to Commandos vs Warriors, with the latter
winning by 1-0 to clinch the title.

Experience paves the way

Fourteen participants pitted their skills against each other
at the competition held at D’Sports. The air was tense until
the final pair, Terence and Kkunal, locked on. Terrence who
has dominated recent competitions, beat Kkunal even with a
handicap, to take home the trophy.

the prizes to the winners on the last day of the event. Jackpot
/Facilities & Safety Chairman, Jonathan Wang was also
present to grace the event.

30th Badminton Age Group Championship - 28 May to 1 June
Hard work pays off

In the Boys under 11yrs category, Jerry Yang was a clear
winner from the start and eventually clinched the title. Declan
Tay, Andrew Ang, Ivan Lau and Rayner dominated the Boys
under 13yrs category preliminary rounds, but it came down
to Andrew Ang and Declan Tay in the finals. It was a tough
match for both but Declan managed to scrape through 2321 and then 21-16 to clinch the title.
In the Girls under 13yrs category, Tricia Kong was
too strong for her opponents. She cruised through easily to
win the title; Abigail Yeo was the runner-up.
The prize presentation was held on the last day of
the event after the finals. Sports Chairman, Krishan Kashyap
presented the prizes to the winners.

27 Tennis Junior Championship - 7 & 8 July

The games were nearly cancelled due to bad weather but it eventually cleared
and the event was held on two days with 24 juniors participants. There were three
singles events - the Boys under 12yrs and under 16yrs and the Girls under 16yrs.
Both Boys events were played in knock-out format and the Girls event in round
robin format.
Defending champion (Boys under 16yrs), Nicholas Kong, retained his
title by beating Joshua Tan 9-2 in the Finals. Defending champion Lisa Tan also
retained her title by beating all her opponents in the round robin. In the Boys under
12yrs, Ishaan Sawney beat his younger brother, Aneish 9-4 to take the title.
The players and parents were treated to a buffet lunch after the games.
Our Tennis Convenor, Gerad Loo presented the trophies and prizes to the winners.

Twelve bowlers rolled-off on Sunday 8 July to battle for the Open Masters
championship title. After a hard-fought 10 games series, Sam Ho finished with an
average of 216 pinfalls to clinch the title, followed closely by Erick Ching with an
average of 204 pinfalls.
Team 29125 was crowned the overall champion of the 38th Mixed
Foursome League after a gruelling 21 weeks of competition. Bowlers were
treated to a sumptuous dinner after the games followed by the Prize Presentation
ceremony.

3rd Inter-Social Clubs Golf Tournament – 25 May
Close call

On this bright and sunny day, 16 of our golfers competed
with six other clubs for the 2nd leg of this year’s tournament.
Singapore Cricket Club hosted the tournament at the Seletar
Country Club. To determine the winners, the total stableford
points based on 80% handicap of each team was collated.
A delicious 8-course dinner was served after
the game. The golfers could hardly stay in their seats as
they eagerly awaited the results. It was a close call and
we eventually finished in second place. Francis Chia and
Raymond Tan were our top two performers for the day.

play was system 36 Stableford.
The Dinner and Prize Presentation Ceremony was
held at “The Lookout” at SICC. The top three golfers were
beaming as they received their medals after a delicious buffet
spread.

An amazing 90% are best times

The hard yards that our youngsters have put into training
certainly paid dividends on Friday evening. The boys 25
metre(m) backstroke was won by Armand Wagner by
the smallest of possible margins from Mirza Hameed.
The two boys battled it out again later in the breaststroke
with Armand winning a second gold. Kendall Tan won
the boys 25m freestyle and Amelia Ng won the girls
25m freestyle.
The boys 8 years and under is a competitive
age group event. Daniel Choo won the sprint 50m
breaststroke. It is interesting to note that all 15 boys
who took part in the race, recorded personal best times!
The boys had to swim the 200m Individual Medley (IM)
- not an easy event for young swimmers. Daniel took
the honours once again but was pushed all the way
by Gabriel Lee. The 100m freestyle was also won by
Daniel.
Lauren Chew won the girls breaststroke from
Sarah Yip and Lynette Lim. All three girls recorded best
times. Lauren Koek comfortably won the IM in a huge
life time best. She also won the 100m freestyle.
The boys 9 years saw Matthew Lim won the
200m IM and the 100m freestyle but was denied a third
gold by Nicholas Cheong. Coline Staes-Polet had a
great evening of swimming in the girls 9 years category.
She won all three races in best times.

We are short of boys and girls in the 10-11 years
age group. However, this did not prevent our swimmers,
from recording some great times. Adriel Lee swam to a
huge best time in the 200m breaststroke. Michael Lee,
Xavier Tng and Poshaan did the 200m butterfly and the
400m IM for the first time! Benjamin Cher knocked 40
seconds off his 400m IM time and snatched the gold
medal from Michael Lee. The same boys again finished
in the same order in the 100m freestyle. The girls in this
category did equally well as the boys. Nadine StaesPolet won the 200m butterfly with her time faster than
the corresponding boy’s event! Nadine went on to win
both the 400m IM and the 100m freestyle.
Phuripong won the 12-13 years 200m
breaststroke from Jordan Yoong. Both boys knocked
huge chunks off their previous best times. Jordan and
Brandon set new personal bests and figured in the
medals at the end of the 400m IM but the event was
won by Melvin Lee. Melvin went on to win the 100m
freestyle with a massive new best time. The girls 12-13
years 200m breaststroke proved to be a great race with
Melissa Chan taking the honours from the fast improving
Dana Leong. Joy Lim had the swim of her life in winning
the 400m IM, recording an 11 second best time. Arika
Ong won the 100m freestyle.

66th Midget Meet – 30 June

The boys 14 years and over
category had recently became very
competitive. The 200m breaststroke
was won by Justin Loo. The 200m
fly proved to be a great race between
Bryan Chong and Marcus Ong, with
the honours going to Bryan. The
400m IM and 100m freestyle both
went to Marcus. Amanda Choo won
the girls 14 years and over 100m
freestyle.
That evening seemed to
be one of those rare nights when
everybody swam fast. Such meets
when nearly 90% of all swims are
personal bests only happened once
in a while. However, four weeks of
focused tough training throughout the
schools holidays could see a repeat
of these great results when we race
again on 27 July. Well done to all
swimmers!
The 66th Midget meet produced some outstanding performances from our
younger swimmers. 52% of all winners established new club records and 88%
of all swims were personal bests! It reflects the hard work by swimmers and
coaches at the younger end of the club. Some youngsters were racing for the
first time, whilst others are still learning to cope with the stress and procedures
of a swim meet.
Coline Staes-Polet, racing in the girls 9yrs category not only won all her
four events but also established new club records in each of them.
In the boys 9yrs category, Nicholas Cheong was prevented from a
achieving a clean sweep of all events by Matthew Lim. Nicholas set new club
records in the breast and free, whilst Matthew did the same in the back.
The honors were a little more evenly distributed in the boys 8ys category.
Daniel Choo won both the free and breast, Dylan Chin came home first in the
back whilst Gabriel Lim won the fly. All three boys raced to personal best times in
winning their gold medals. Lauren Chew won the fly, breast and free in the girls
8yrs category - all in best times. Faith Khoo snatched the remaining title in the age
group - again in a new life time best.
Elizabeth Rose Lai won all events in the girls 7yrs category - an
outstanding achievement. Three boys collected gold medals in the boys 7yrs
category. Kailani Yang established a new club record in the fly. He went on to win
the free later in the meet. Timothy Yeo knocked nearly two seconds off the record
in winning the backstroke event. Aaron Lim was the third winner in this age group,
swimming to a two-second best time.
Jadon Yoong collected gold in all events in the boys 6yrs category. He
set two new club records and a further personal best in winning his four ‘shinnies’.
Ashley Lim dominated the girls 6yrs category and set club records.
A small entry for both the 5yrs boys and girls races did not prevent
Marcus Ong and Marcus Lim sharing the gold medals. Marcus Ong won the fly
and free with Marcus Lim winning the back and breast, both boys breaking club
records. Kaitlyn Ee had a great morning of racing as she won all four events in the
corresponding girls events-all in new club records!

SwimSafer Course – 11 to 15 June

SwimSafer is a new national water safety programme introduced by the National
Water Safety Council (NWSC) in July 2010, which combines both the National
Survival Swimming Award and the Learn-To-Swim into a progressive six-stage
programme.
The Swim Department conducted the first SwimSafer course in June.
The course was held over five days for 20 participants. They learned many
different skills, including movement in water, survival and rescue skills.
It was an enriching experience and those who passed the course
were given a certificate, collar pin and a badge. The Swim Department is very
encouraged by the success of the course and will be running another course in
December this year.

Fun Swim Camp – 28 to 30 May
A whale of time for
Mighty Midgets!

The Swim Department organised the Midget Swim Camp
during the mid-year school holidays. 38 children ranging
from five to nine years participated. The first two days’
events conducted in the Club included activities such as pool
training, wushu, fun aerobics, treasure hunt, captains’ ball
and video shows. It provided a good opportunity for the kids
to build up rapport and teamwork. Of course, they enjoyed
themselves and it was a pleasure to see so many kids having
a whale of a time.
On the third day, they went to the Jurong Bird Park.
They were thrilled to see so many different birds. Some of
them were invited to feed the Lory during the feeding session.
They also watched the Kings of Sky show and enjoyed
themselves at the Water Play.
When it was time to return, they felt sad and
expressed reluctance to call it a day. A farewell dinner was
held at the Club to round off the camp.
The Fun Swim Camp was a success - made
possible with the help and cooperation of the parents. We
are looking forward to organize other similar events and the
children had expressed interest to join the next event.

36th Southeast Asian Age Group Championship - 1 to 3 June
Ethan returns from Palembang with 3 Medals!

Our athletes won a total of eight medals at the 36th Southeast
Asian Age Group Championship held in Palembang,
Indonesia. Our Club contributed 11 athletes to the team
representing Singapore, the highest number for a long time.
Star of the show was Ethan Ong, who finished the meet with
one gold and two silver medals. All three of Ethan’s medals
were won in personal best times and all came in his favoured
backstroke.
Malcolm Low also covered himself in glory by
returning to Singapore with two bronze medals. Malcolm’s
medals were also won in backstroke races. He very nearly
made a hat trick of third places in the 200metre breaststroke
but was touched out on the wall and had to be content with
fourth place.
Sprint specialist, Edmund Teo snatched a silver
medal on the first day of competition in the 50metre
breaststroke. Nadine Staes-Polet has experienced massive
improvement in recent months and her hard work was
rewarded by a bronze medal in the 100metre breaststroke.
James Looi added a relay medal to the SSC total when the
Singapore team finished in third place in the 13/14 4 x 100
free.

Loo finished races in the dreaded fouth place-so close to a
medal but yet so far!! Additional SSC athletes representing
Singapore at the meet were Grace Tan and Ben Ju.

Southeast Asian Swimming Championship
– 13 to 17 June
Six medals and an
Olympic selection

Our swimmers, Tao Li and Amanda Lim both represented
Singapore at the Southeast Asian Swimming Championship.
The five day meet was held at the Singapore Sports School
and is the first time that the event has ever been swum. The
organizers deemed the meet to be a huge success and will
be repeated in 2014.
The Star of the Singapore team was our own
Amanda, who left the meet with four gold medals. Not only
did she set life bests in winning the 50 and 200metre free but
also helped the Singapore team to win the 4 x 200 free relay
and the 4 x 100 medley relay.
Tao Li, busily preparing for the Olympic Games,
recorded a respectable time in the 100metre fly. She later
went on to join Amanda in the medley team, in which
Tao Li & Amanda Lim
Singapore comfortably won gold.
FINA, on behalf of the International Olympic
Committee (IOC), announced that Tao Li has been selected
to swim in London at the Olympic Games. She will swim in
the 100metre fly on 28 July.

Ya like to move it! Who doesn’t know this lyric from the
Madagascar Movies?
The Club decided to organize a movie outing for
staff on 15 June at Kallang Leisure Park. The response was
very good with a total of 34 participants.
We reached the cinema around 6pm. Enthusiastic
staff and children were queuing to get their snacks and
drinks before the movie commenced at 6.50pm. All enjoyed
the movie tremendously.

Birthday Celebration

On 25 June, the Club celebrated the birthdays for staff whose
birthdays fell in the months of April, May and June. 55 staff
were invited to the high-tea party and lucky draw. The first
prize of the lucky draw was won by June Zhang from Finance
Department. Even though it was a simple celebration, staff
enjoyed mingling and socializing with each other.

sexiness and works the entire body, while Foxtrot is a
sophisticated and elegant ballroom dance. Benedict
combines the two dances in this one sizzling class!
The Instructor
Benedict Lau was Malaysia Latin Dance Champion
from 2004 to 2007. He represented Malaysia in the
SEA Games, Asian Indoor Games and other major
competitions. He also performed in shows such as
the Miss Singapore-World pageant. Benedict is also
an accomplished choreographer and a popular dance
teacher. He is certified by Imperial Society of Teachers of
Dancing, United Kingdom.
