Aufgrund der Erfahrungen der vergangenen Jahre haben wir einen Überblick über die möglicherweise
anfallenden Ausgaben während der Rundreise angefertigt. Die Ausgaben werden größtenteils über ein
sogenanntes „Teilnehmerkonto“ abgerechnet. Wie in der Vergangenheit werden wir einen Großteil der
Ausgaben zentral bezahlen und dann auf die Teilnehmer individuell umlegen. Dies spart bei vielen Abläufen
Zeit und ist in Restaurants nicht anders möglich. Es ist nicht möglich, dass ein Teilnehmer auf die Führung eines
solchen Teilnehmerkontos verzichtet. Insbesondere Trinkgelder in Hotels, Eintrittsgelder für Parks, Museen und
anderen Attraktionen, Mahlzeiten in Restaurants, Transport zum Abflughafen und zurück und zusätzliche
Übernachtungskosten werden über dieses Konto abgerechnet. Es werden von jedem Teilnehmer 500,00 USD

Packing Checklist
Die auf dieser Gepäckliste angegebenen Gegenstände bitte als Guideline betrachten. Bitte nicht zu viel
Kleidung mitnehmen und sparsam packen. Jeder Teilnehmer darf eine große Sporttasche und einen
Rucksack als Handgepäck mitnehmen. Die Dokumente bitte ins Handgepäck geben, da sie am Flughafen
ständig benötigt werden. Anhand dieser Liste kannst Du am Ende der Reise beim Packen feststellen, ob etwas
fehlt oder abhanden gekommen ist, sofern Du Dir vor der Abfahrt aus Alabama entsprechende Vermerke
machst. Die Zahl in Klammern ist nur eine Empfehlung. Wichtig: Es besteht Gelegenheit, unterwegs Wäsche zu
waschen. Ein Satz von 8 Kleidungsgarnituren reicht insofern völlig aus.
