General Notes

Food and beverage minimums apply to all event spaces. The deposit required to reserve an
event space is 50% of the minimum. Your reservation is guaranteed once Topping Rose House
has received this deposit.

All menu selections must be determined two weeks prior to your event.

All menus include coffee and tea. Unless specified, all other beverages will be charged on
consumption.

Food, beverage and administrative charges are subject to New York State Sales Tax of 8.875%.


The sale and service of alcoholic beverages is governed by New York State. Topping Rose
House will be the sole provider of alcoholic beverages and will reserve the right to refuse or
