MAYOR BLOOD DONOR CLINIC
Information: 514-457-1605
To verify if you are eligible:
www.hema-quebec.qc.ca
Location: Centre Harpell,
60, Rue Saint-Pierre
Schedule: Wednesday, May, 11th
Time to be announced
Blood is a unique resource for which modern
science has not yet found an artificial substitute.
Blood must, therefore, be collected from humans.
Quebec hospitals depend on the generosity of
donors for their blood supply. These donors are
individuals who are concerned about sharing
the great wealth that circulates in their veins.
Several thousand patients, both children and
adults, would not recover their health without
blood donations. In fact, only 3% of the population
of Quebecers who are eligible to donate blood
actually give this gift of life, on Wednesday,
May 11th, 2016, will you be one of them?

When you receive this leaflet, winter will be
coming to an end, with the melting snow
providing the roots of trees with an essential
drink while the sweet sap is starting to flow and
feed growing leaf and flower buds. This is a

a series of predictable yet fascinating natural
events modulated by climate. Until mid-May,
the Morgan Arboretum will be an ideal spot to
