Take notice that the following Development Application has been REFUSED on September 21, 2015 PUBLIC NOTICE CLOSURE OF GOVERNMENT ROAD ALLOWANCE Take notice that the Council of the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87, under authority of Section 22 of the Municipal Government Act, Chapter M-26, R.S.A. 2000, intends to pass a bylaw to cancel, close and sell the following road allowance: All that portion of government road allowance of Range Road 453 along the West Boundary of the North West Quarter of Section 15, Township 62, Range 5, W4M (NW 15-62-5-W4M) - commencing 448 meters South of Township Road 623 for a distance of 150 meters. Anyone who claims that they will be prejudicially affected by the passing of the bylaw is able to make representation to Council either in person or by his agent or in writing at the October 14, 2015 Council meeting at 10:00 am at the Council Chambers, Municipal Office 4905- 50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta. FILE NO: 2015-A-006 Bylaw No. 1606 To adopt the document known as “Lynx Estates- Area Structure Plan” insofar as it affects lands within part of the South West Quarter of Section 3,Township 61, Range 6,West of the Fourth Meridian (SW 3-61-6-W4M146.45 Acres more or less) as shown on the attached Area Structure Plan - Land Use Concept, in the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 for the purpose of providing guidelines to develop a residential/ commercial subdivision. Land Use Bylaw No. LU 554 Bylaw No. 1207, being the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87 Land Use Bylaw, be amended as follows: THAT Schedule 1- Land Use Bylaw Map be amended such that the South West Quarter of Section 3, Township 61, Range 6, West of the Fourth Meridian (SW 3-61-6-W4M - 146.45 Acres more or less) be designated from Agricultural “A” to Rural Commercial (“RC”); Country Residential (“CR”) and (“CR1”) District as shown on the attached Appendix A, Map LU 554. The Council will cause a Public Hearing to be held Wednesday, October 14, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. in the Council Chambers, Municipal Office, 4905-50 Avenue, Bonnyville, Alberta at which time objections to the proposed bylaws may be made and discussed. Submissions to the Public Hearing should be made in writing. A copy of the proposed bylaws and related documents may be reviewed at the above address between the hours of 8:30 AM - 12:00 Noon and 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM during week days. Any written submissions must be provided two days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
