ACTIVITY
Ferbocar Construcciones aims at both the execution of new
construction and building refurbishment.
Our scope of work has no limits in the domestic area and works
have been executed in Castile-La Mancha, Castile-Leon and Andalusia.
Although our specialty is the implementation of public housing,
works of various kinds have been carried out, from hospitals to industrial
bays, private housing, luxury developments and small developments.
Among our clients we have Municipal Housing Enterprises,
Cooperatives, Private Developers and City Councils.
We consider ourselves a family, and we always work hand in hand
with our trusted suppliers, which allows us to provide a closer and
customized service to our clients.

ORGANIZATION CHART
As shown in the chart above, Ferbocar Construcciones consists mainly of the
following departments:

Quality, Environment and Safety Prevention Department:
It is formed by three technicians with a Master in Safety Prevention, Environment
and Eco audits, and administrative staff. This department is responsible for the
control of the subcontractors documents, the site access control, waste
management, and of course for paying at least three weekly visits to the sites to
carry out prevention work, among other tasks.

Legal Department:
It is formed by a Graduate in Law, responsible for drafting contracts and
providing legal advice.

Purchasing Department:
Consisting of three Quantity Surveyors and an Industrial Engineer, who are
responsible for the study of works and budgets, as well as for hiring
subcontractors and carrying out the possible modifications of the projects.

Technical Department:
It is formed by a team of Site Managers, Works Managers, Foremen, Laborers
and Crane Operators whose task is to carry out the works.
Linked to this
Department we have the After-Sales Department. Altogether our staff is
composed of 60 people.

After sales Department:
It is formed by a Chief Engineer, a team consisting of a manager and two
foremen, and administrative staff for receiving calls. Its sole purpose is to solve
the possible rework arising in a promotion within three months from delivery.

Administrative Department:
It is composed of four clerks, who are responsible for Human Resources Control,
Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing, Collections, Payments and Finance.
