replacement market within a short time as a result of our high quality and
service mentality.
In the automotive market, it has become an indispensable guarantee of

2.1 Rear View Mirror Production
Design & Tooling
Rear view mirror is mounted on vehicle after throughed
many stages of production .
Design and Tooling Processes ;
 By expert technicians ,the design of product which will be
produced, prepared in drawing programs such as
Solidworks- Autocad . Then Dimensional control is done and
sent to the CNC.
 In CNC Vertical machining center accordance to drawing
the steel surface is processed .
 The processed part is sent to Injection department for
sample production after controled by tooling department .

 Adjusting parameter of injection machine according to produced part
 After pressure, the quality control is done and part is sent to Semi-manufactured
warehouse

Assembly Operations ;
 Combined mirror glass and plastic parts at assembly line .
 Cleaned Glass surface with special chemicals and put necessary control labels
on mirror
 Mirrors are placed in single boxes , put labels of product references on each of
boxes and sent to shipping warehouse .
 Delivered to customer

Production Operations ;
 The ordered metal sheet plate which is given as per production amount is cut
according to bracket size
 Pressed the bracket parts on metal injection machine and welded parts which
needed welding
 Finally ,assemblied brackets and sent to warehouse for final control
 The bracket is attached product labels and packed to be shipped to the customer

4.1 QUALITY POLICY
 Our main principle is doing production at our factory where we produce Rear view
mirror , plastic and metal injection parts for Automotive sector, under management
of our experienced technical staffs through customer expects and requirements
During realizing principles ;
 With continuous education , supported personal developments of employees ,
 Raising customer satisfication toward customer requirements and submitting good
service upon to customer expectations,
 Helped improve the quality of products and services continuously, at the first time,
reach to productivity limits by making right production , lower costs level down..
 Minimizing all kinds of interim works and wastage, Use economical the natural
resources which are dicreasing in our world every day , avoid to damage
enviroment.
 Due to the main condition of customer satisfaction is possible by providing inputs
with high quality, we support our suppliers to increase their quality levels,
 With continuous information exchange with customers,to provide them to be
integrated into the system

4.2 QUALITY CERTIFICATES
 SME manufacturing under the control of engineers and a technical team
whom are expert in their areas; depending on its high level administration team,
employers, machinery and technology SME has deserved ISO 9001:2008
quality management system and its quality is certified. Also it has EEC Type
Approval ( E4 ) since 1999.
 For ISO / TS 16949:2009 automotive sub industry quality management
system, the studies have started in the first quarter of 2009 and the certificate
was given by URS certification company on July 2010.
SME has successed meeting of its customers demands in a short time with
adapted its production to the latest directive 2007/38/EC which passed by EU
in order to resolve the blind spot issue for older commercial vehicles which are
in N2-N3 categories and registered or type-approved after January 1, 2000 and
the application mandatory has started after 31 March of 2009

Our quality management system as required, APQP (Advance Product Quality Planning)
process in accordance with the operations at each stage from input to delivery are controlled
and recorded .The test and control processes which are done by SME;
