Welcome to Bible Believers Fellowship and the ministry of bbfohio.com and the conclusion of our 2
part study of, “The Genesis Gap.”
We will be posting this message along with others from this ministry and with materials from other
teachers, on a page titled, “The Genesis Gap” on our web site at bbfohio.com Be sure to visit and

We left off on part 1 as we listed the huge number of Bible teachers who have taught on the Biblical
Doctrine of the Genesis Gap. This list demonstrates the point being made that a falling away from this
Biblical truth proves to demonstrate how that the end time churches are embracing new bibles and
teaching new doctrines, which is producing a terrible void and pervasive ignorance among professing
Christians, today.
We will now join the study in progress at this point. This is the conclusion of our message presenting,
“The Genesis Gap: Genesis 1:1-2,”...
Now, I gave you that preference and I'm not going to name all of these but you can make a list. These
are the guys, if you listened to any of those men, you heard the Gap.
Now, just look at that and, I'm telling you, that's Fundamentalist Christianity in America up until the
last couple of decades. These were the MEN that God raised up. These were the leaders of the Church
of Jesus Christ in the United States of America and around the WORLD.
And they ALL teach the Gap! And even their churches that they pastored have abandoned their Bible
and their doctrine.
AMEN... Most of those names are very, uh, very recognizable to you. And J. Vernon McGee is on the
radio, still, around here. Uh, I grew up hearing my dad listen to Oliver B. Greene. And most of you
have heard of George Mueller, the prayer giant, as they called him. And, today, you've got Les Feldick
on TV. And J.R. Church, who just passed away, and Gary Stearman who has now assumed leadership
of that ministry, still teaches it.
Most of you, if you really study, will come across these guys and you find out who they are. Uh,
Curtis Huston of the Sword of the Lord. You ever heard of the Sword of the Lord?
So, there you go. You can look at that later. Btw, I'll also put out this advertisement: with the help of
Moriah and her work on our web site, we're establishing a (web) page and it's just going to be all about
The Gap. And our messages will be at the top and then below that we're going... there are two FREE
books (FREE books!) that you can download that teach this. And then we're going to add other web
sites and materials on that page.
Now, I want to say this again. I won't agree with everything that Gap teachers believes because a lot
of... well, not a LOT, but enough places where we have to kind of give our opinions and say, “Well, I
think it might be “this” or “that”. But the point is, there are some fundamental truths about the Gap that
no one (of Gap teachers) disagree on and that is that it's THERE... (laughter) (It's not a theory, it's a
Bible doctrine!)... and that Lucifer and his fall cannot be understood apart from an understanding of
The Gap.
And he, Lucifer, is your enemy. How many of you know that you must KNOW your enemy?
(AMEN!) You can't win a war and not know your enemy! (AMEN!) I mean, all of these terrorist
attacks... what's the first thing they try to pinpoint? WHO did?
Why? Because we wanna bomb the right person! (laughter) Amen? (AMEN!)
Now, let's look at Genesis 1:2, again, and I want to ask you the question, “Where did the darkness come
from? Again, in Genesis 1:1, God created things and God always creates them perfect, Isaiah says he
doesn't create things in this condition. Darkness came somewhere, somehow.
And, again, uh, that Jeffrey Mardis in that book—I'm just giving it where it is, listen folks, I just want
you to understand that I don't think I'm the greatest teacher in the world, the greatest mind in the world
and I don't hesitate to borrow from other men of God because I don't have and WE don't have a
monopoly on the truth. And there are some good men and that Jeffrey Mardis in that book, man, he's
written some great stuff. And this is a quote, he says:

.. and we are going to study that further in another message: Isaiah 14 and Ezekiel 28. And that was in,
notes from his book.
So, then, let's also look at Genesis 1:2 and ask this question: What's, “the face of the deep”?
(Reads the slide above.) Tell me where a frozen ocean is. You say, “the antarctic and arctic?” No,
that's ice floating on TOP of the ocean. You drill down you still find ocean. If it were referring to the
ocean being frozen it would be IN the deep... you would go to the antarctic and arctic and find ice at the
BOTTOM. Not at the TOP.
Job 38:3. I want you to turn there because you need to mark this in your Bible, if you mark your Bible.
I know some of you are afraid you might have lightning strike you if you mark your Bible but
(laughter) … trust me, I'd been dead a long time ago if that were the case. (laughter)
Mark you Bible. Most of us have photographic memory, amen? But most of us are short on film,
amen? (laughter) So, that's why we take notes. I don't know about you but I forget more than I learn.
(laughter)
Some of you will get that over lunch. Job 38:3. That was funny, I don't care what you say. Job 38:3.
(laughter)
Read that. OH, typo. That's Job 38 what? 38:30? Ok, let's change that to Job 38:30. Now, no one
will ever believe I'm infallible. (“You were just testing us, Greg” – Mike Kaher) Yeah... you all
PASSSED. (Laughter) I could edit this, you know, if I wanted to. “Take TWO! Make up! I need a
lot!” (Laughter)
Job 38:30. Read it with me:
This is talking about a FROZEN deep. And, in the context, well, we'll get into that in the next message.
And another question I want you to look at, along the lines of the deep. Luke 8:30-31 and 33, look at
Luke 8 and we see a frozen deep. We actually studied this in the study of Mark in our study of, “I Am
Legion,” but I want to look at the account in Luke 8. The Gospels do not contradict one another. But
sometimes you find nuggets in one that aren't mentioned in the other. And God has His reasons for
that. But did you ever wonder, when you're reading this story (reads slide):
Look at what happened. Verses 30 and 31, it says (reads slide):
Look at that. They're begging, “Don't send us out into the deep!” So, what happens?
(Reads next slide):
Now, if that “deep” was talking about water, how do you make sense of that? These devils go into pigs
and then they run INTO water. “The Deep” isn't talking about the ocean. It's talking about Deep
SPACE. Something out there. Not JUST deep space, but something out there.
There's something to this, “about the deeps”.
Oh, by the way, one of the messages we will definitely put on our web site is by David Peacock, pastor
in Jacksonville, Florida, called, “The Deeps”. I believe it's available on Vimeo, if you go on

I don't have time to cover all of that.
I have to tell you, over the last couple of years this has changed my thinking on this because I used to
say, you know, I teach this, I'd say, they possessed these pigs and then they went running into the water
and drowned. I said, “Maybe Jesus knew they were going to do that, and it was a joke!” (Laughter.) I
didn't have an explanation for it! See, what I'm saying? If you don't think Biblically, and you try to
figure out things on your own, all of us are like this, I'll do the same thing. When I don't think
Biblically, Greg thinks it through, Greg messes it up! In my own head! But if you think of the Biblical
scripture with scripture, the “gap” behind it, and “the deeps”, you realize, “Wait a minute..” These
devils wanted in water! Ask yourself how many things you see some connection...I want to tell you,
just for starters, look at the devils coming out of the water in Revelation. Then, look at all the alien
activity which is devils connected with water. Connect the dots! Scripture with scripture, and headlines!
Don't start with the headlines! You'll end up like Jack Van Impy. You start with scripture, and connect
the headlines.
That's why I put this up here. Moriah's reading my copy of “Black is Beautiful” by Peter Ruckman. He
says there is a direct connection between the devils, also called “aliens”, in modern lore and water.
People say, “Do you believe in UFO's?” Yes, I do! “Unidentified Flying Object!” If you see something
in the air, and you can't identify it, it's a UFO! Does that mean it's from another planet? No! It just
means it's unidentified, it's an object, and it's flying. So then the question becomes, what is it? That's
where you start to see a mixture of answers. You see, I believe the government, and it's all behind the
scenes – black budget, black ops, men in black - it's all behind the scenes, it's not even a part of
sovereign government, it's the whole United Nations, One World Government going on. There's
something to that. If you do your research, you'll start to see this on your own. You have aliens. Are
they alien? Yeah, anyone who doesn't really belong where they are, that person, or thing, is an “alien.”
If they come from Mexico, and they're not supposed to be here, they're an “illegal alien.” Amen?
(Amen!)
Then you ask, what is this alien creature that looks like an alien from outer space, is it from outer
space? Well, yes and no! Devils can go into outer space and back. You understand that? When someone
says I saw an alien from outer space, they may have! But they need to understand it's not just some far
distant planet sending their representatives here so they can all suck our brains out. We're talking about
alien creatures, but they're, I believe, devils. Foul spirits. They all have a religious message, folks. They
all tell people a religious message. This isn't about “Sci-Fi”, this is about God's plan of the ages, and
Satan fighting it. That's the war behind this. That book is just awesome. That's all I can say about it.
Where did it say God created the waters in verse 1? It doesn't. The waters came somewhere after
Genesis 1:1.
“Water is hydrogen and oxygen, combined as h20.” I hope that isn't new information to anybody in
here...(Laughter.) I just had to point that out, because it's a creation. It just doesn't come into being out
of thin air the way the scientists claim that the entire universe did, from out of nothing. This had to
have been created before Genesis 1:2 and can not have been created during the 7 day creation just a
little over 6,000 years ago. Couldn't; it's already there.
We looked at the beginning of the creation, the heavens were of old, the earth standing out of the water
and in the water, and it does not describe the entire earth under water, by the way, but the earth “in the
water and out of the water.” Noah's flood, for forty days, he was in the boat, it's covered with water. It
was another 120 days before he sent out the birds, and everything was under water. It's a different result
that we see.
The Young Earth Creation model. That things appear older than 6,000 years, God is not pulling – that's
how they teach it! The Young Earth Creationists teach it that God is basically trying to trick people. He
made things LOOK older than they were, but they're actually not. God's not – that's not his game!
God's not trying to “trick” you. There's an explanation as to why things appear older than 6,000 years,
because they are. If you understand the Genesis Gap, you have your answers.
Now, the creation account from Genesis 1:3 onward happened sometime, close to, I believe, Genesis 3
where the fall took place. The fall, I believe, was about 6,000 years ago. There again is another little
gap. From the time God created everything in Genesis 1, that we now see, created man, and Genesis 3
where the fall takes place, we don't know how much time was there. Another little gap.
Those are questions that you will have answered once you grasp what you just heard this morning,
what you learned. When you go and the Bible again, and read Genesis 1, and start in verses 1 and 2,
slow down! Read what it says! Allow it to speak as it stands. Then allow God to begin to show these
answers to questions that you have.
What you got in this morning's study is basically the kernel, root, truth of this doctrine of the Genesis
Gap. That “sea of glass” message, and the messages that'll come in the future, will build upon that and
you'll learn more and more about this.
The bottom line is, folks, you come to church to learn the word. You learn the word, and it confirms
your faith, and builds your faith. (Amen!) John, I don't know if this was you or somebody that said D.L.
Moody was praying for faith, God showed him Romans 10:17! “So then faith cometh by hearing and
hearing by the word of God.” You build your faith by building your knowledge and your trust in that
Book. If you want stronger faith, continue to study, continue to learn, and continue to open your eyes to
these truths. You'll see your faith become so strong, nothing will ever cause you to doubt God again.
(Amen!) You know that that is something that you can have in your life? You can have a faith that is
unshakeable. You can have the faith of the Apostle Paul. You can have the faith of the martyrs. You can
have the faith that no one can do something and cause you to stumble. How many people know people
who claim to be Christians and believers, but something happens, and next thing you know they're
allowing that to cause them to stumble. You can have faith that is solid, and the faith that will not
stumble. “Faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”
