Ingredients
• ½ apple, peeled, diced and cooked until soft
• 2 pitted prunes, diced and cooked (boiled in water)
until soft
• 2 fl oz water
• 4 scoops Neocate Infant DHA / ARA powder*
• A pinch of cinnamon
Directions
• Add water to apple and prunes and blend to desired
consistency
• Add the Neocate Infant DHA / ARA powder and stir
• Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
• Serve immediately or store in a refrigerator for up to

Fruity Tutti Pancakes

½ cup rice flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ cream of tartar
1 tsp maple sugar
Pinch of salt
½ cup brown rice (ground)
½ pureed peach or banana
3 fl oz vanilla rice milk
5 scoops Neocate Junior, Unflavored*
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
• Oil and preheat a nonstick griddle
or skillet.
• In a medium bowl, combine the rice
flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, sugar
and salt.
• Grind the rice in a food processor or
blender and stir in the rice with the other
dry ingredients.
• Puree ½ peach or ½
banana and stir into
the mixture.
• In a separate container
(with a lid) combine the
water, Neocate Junior,
Unflavored and oil.
• Shake well.
• Pour mixture into the dry
ingredients and mix until
combined; do not beat
or over mix.
• Spoon ¼ cup of the batter onto the hot griddle or skillet.
Cook until the tops are bubbly and edges are brown.
• Turn and cook until light brown.
• Serve immediately or store in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
Makes 6 pancakes (2 pancakes per serving)

Butternut Squash Soup
Ingredients
• ½ cup pureed butternut squash
• ½ cup chicken broth (if not tolerated,
water can be substituted for broth)
• ¼ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
• Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
• 8 Tbsp Neocate Nutra*
Directions
• Mix chicken broth (or water) and
squash into medium saucepan & bring
to rolling boil.
• Reduce heat & add seasonings, salt
and pepper and simmer for about 10
minutes covered.
• After simmering, remove from heat and
allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
• Stir in Neocate Nutra to mixture 1 Tbsp
at a time to prevent clumping.
* Leveled and unpacked.
Do not directly heat the
Neocate Nutra; add
Nutra to the soup AFTER
it has been removed
from heat.
Small amounts of hot
water can be added
to the soup to adjust
the temperature and/or
consistency.

Ingredients
• 6 scoops of Neocate Junior with Prebiotics*
• ½ cup prune juice or preferred juice (prune juice provides
an additional fiber source)
• ½ cup water
• 1 small banana, sliced and frozen
• ¼ cup frozen strawberries or your favorite, high-fiber fruit
(apples, pears, berries, plums, etc.)
• 2 ice cubes (unless you use frozen fruit, in which case, you may not need it)
Directions
• In a blender combine prune juice, water, frozen sliced
banana, and frozen strawberries
• Blend well until ingredients are mixed and smooth
• Add 6 scoops of Neocate Junior with Prebiotics
• Blend ingredients gently using a low setting on the blender
or by mixing with a spoon

grape or tropical fruit)
• ½ cup of white grape juice
• ½ cup seltzer water
Directions
• In a cup or pitcher combine 1 box of Neocate Splash,
grape juice and seltzer water
• Spritzer taste best served cold
• Stir and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator

Directions
• In a blender add peanut butter, vanilla rice ice cream

• Blend together on the lowest setting (which is generally
marked “stir”)
