A MESSAGE FROM
THE DIRECTOR
The excitement of summer is winding down but the fun doesn’t have to
end. Fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year. The leaves change
from green to orange and crimson and the temperature begins to cool.
However, these changes also mark the start of the annual pre-holiday
busyness. Between attending family dinners and shopping for loved ones,
don’t forget to stop and take some time to enjoy this season for yourself.
I hope you’ve had a chance to participate in some of what’s been
offered so far this year. We’ve had some adventures close to home and
some that were far away in exciting lands. All have been a great success
filled with fun and wonderful company. As fall arrives, we have even more
great things planned!
With all the hectic running around this holiday season you should try to
put time aside to treat yourself. Great news, we have more wonderful
trips planned that will fill you with holiday cheer. From the Scarecrow
Fest to the The Carole King Musical and dinner at Petterino’s you don’t
want to miss out these Platinum Adventure events. Not to mention our
Wintrust sponsored events that can take you to places like Costa Rica,
Washington’s Waterways and National Parks and a possible second group
trip to Southern Italy! The possibilities are endless.
Warm Regards
Judy Filippo and Mary Beth Stout
