the overall aim of the project:
The aim of our project is strengthening the capacity of local youth organizations and
improving the quality of implementation of non-formal education in youth works on local
level through enhancing knowledge and skills of the people who has experience as youth
workers, youth leaders, volunteers or facilitators on designing and producing innovative
learning games in the frame of the themes; social inclusion of disadvantaged groups, active
participation, European citizenship and democracy and empowering local youth organizations
by building new networks and future partnerships.
From 7 country (Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey) 28 participants will
come together in our project in Kıyıköy.
We will use non-formal learning methods as experiential learning and tools as learning games,
the activities will be held in methods like drama, simulations, group debates, presentations,
brainstorms and role-plays.
goals of the project:
 Enabling the realization of learning games on local dynamics by providing the adaptation
of learning games to the local needs,
 Supporting the recognition of non-formal and informal learning by contrubuting the
process of designing and implementation of innovative learning games,
 Empowering the non-formal learning in youth field especially on local level,
 Empowering the role of the youth workers, youth institutions and international dimension
of youth works,
 Disseminating the use of learner-centered practices and the learning outcomes-based
educational approaches, developing suitable assessment and certification processes,
 Developing the basic and transversal skills as entrepreneurship, digital skills and
multilingualism in the field of youth.

Reimbursement
The organizers will reimburse up to 100% of your travel costs from your
home city to the venue and back. Please use mostly cost effective
alternative available.
- Reimbursement of travel costs will only be done upon full attendance of
the program and presentation of all (including return tickets) original
tickets, receipt/invoices and boarding passes. Please remember to bring
the original invoices there will be no reimbursement without the original
invoices and tickets with indicated names of travelers, description of the
journey, indication of cost and currency and date of travel.
- If participants pay for their ticket with a credit card, they are requested
to bring along the confirmation of payment (i.e. credit card slip and/or
bank statement).
- Reimbursement will be done by bank transfer, after the mobility.
Details of the Budget
o Please note if you bought your ticket in your local currency which might be different
than EUR, we will calculate your travel costs according to the exchange rates from
official European Commission web-site, on the day of the purchase:

o If your travel costs exceed the amount budgeted in the project, we will be able to
reimburse you amount indicated in the travel budget, and no more. You will have to pay
the extra amount to the full.
o Taxi costs will not be taken to consideration.
o All accomodation and food will be covered from the budget of the project.

Reminding About Health Insurance
We reccomend you to have a travel health insurance before your visit to
Turkey.
Health insurance will NOT be provided or reimbursed by the organizers.
All participants are required to purchase health insurance individually, or
get the free of charge formulary E-111 from your national social security
that covers medical costs around EU member states (European Health
Insurance Card).

Rooms will be for 2-3 people and there will be breakfast,lunch,dinner at the hotel as full pansion.

Travel From Airport to Hotel
From Ataturk airport, we will take you with a shuttle from in front of
the international arrivals terminal to go to the hotel. (The trip from
airport to hotel will take around 1,5 - 2 hours)
 We will have your arrival time schedule from your organizations
and inform you about the shuttle details before the project.
From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, you should go to Ataturk Airport and
meet with us there in front of the international arrivals terminal.
 You can take Havataş shuttle from Sabiha Gokcen Airport to
Taksim and from Taksim the shuttle to Ataturk Airport. The whole
trip to Ataturk Airport may take about at least 2 hours depending
on the traffic.
