1. COMPANY PROFILE Gondolas in Design, GinD ®, is a Spanish company with worldwide deployment specializes in the design, manufacture and installation of custom systems to facilitate maintenance of the facades of buildings with the highest quality and safety. Our products and projects are made with materials of last generation and European components that ensure the best solutions market access systems, facade maintenance and equipment. GinD, has facilities throughout the world (USA, UAE, Spain, United Kingdom, France, Qatar, Sharjah, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Hong Kong ...) Our team consists of professionals with over twenty years experience in marketing, design and manufacture of nacelle systems more relevant and complex worldwide. We have a network of worldwide distribution through which we provide service for the installation of facade maintenance systems as well as technical support and spare‐parts sales for all brands. ­2­

The excellent training of engineers, analysts, etc.., Complemented by their youth and vision are the foundation of a philosophy focused on partnership with the client on every project to provide the best solution for your needs. This staff has developed the most relevant projects and complex worldwide. All this facilitates the production capacity of the aisles, and their maintenance and use. In GinD ® have an Engineering Department consists of senior engineers with advanced knowledge and experience in the field of gondolas. This gives us the opportunity to offer the best solutions to the most complex projects. We count with a Commercial Department with extensive experience and contacts in all international markets. In our service is also the Department of Administration and Procurement which has more than twenty years of industry experience enabling us to work with the best suppliers worldwide. In addition we count with the After­Sales Department who gives all facilities our distributors or customer could need. The sum of all this give us a production capacity of over 250 machines per year. 1.1. HEADQUARTER OFFICES: Gondolas in Design, GinD ® since its inception had a clear objective: to meet market needs concerning access systems for the maintenance of facades and other equipment. In order to provide our customers direct contact with us, we have a headquarters more than two hundred square meters located in a modern business center in the city of Madrid. Where we have parking spaces and modern multimedia systems more convenient to visit and stay for our customers. 1.2. FACTORY The manufacturing factory has the necessary elements to make itself all teams. It is located in the industrial complex Camarma de Esteruelas (Madrid). The plant has over 5.000 square meters equipped with the latest generation of welding systems and equipment, plasma cutting through. The current production team consists of more than 100 skilled technicians. Current projects under construction come from the U.S. market, Asian market, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. 1.3. QUALITY AND ENVIROMENT: GinD ® complies with international standards. Our machines have the approval stamp of government of Hong Kong to be installed in large buildings. We also have the approval of the Department of Labour of New York for the installation of our systems. We have the certificate of the European Community UNE‐EN safety standard for suspended platforms variable under design criteria, construction and stability. We have also UL approved that means we fulfil with the highest standards in quality and safety. ­6­
GinD ® cares for the environment: Within the philosophy of our company occupies an important place of environmental protection so that all our works are studied assessing the possible environmental impact. For this reason we can generate waste that are sent and / or collected by authorized companies for recycling.
