IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS
Middle School Exams (Grs 6-9) are: June 22-28, 2016. The schedule/itinerary for exam days and Permission
Slips have been sent home electronically a few weeks ago. These are also available at the office and on our
school website (June Newsletter). Please note that there are MANDATORY review times scheduled on exam
days. On June 23-27, students in grades 6-9 have a mandatory day (9:00 am - 1:30 pm) and a half day on June
28 (8:50 am - 12:00 pm). This allows time for review sessions for upcoming exams. Students need to return the
Student Permission Slip which gives parental approval for early dismissal times following review sessions.
Without the slip, students are required to stay until regular dismissal time at 3:20 pm. If you have not filled in a
Student Permission Slip for your child, please be sure to do so ASAP. These slips are due back
IMMEDIATELY.

Advocate looks to the fall, our school will once again participate in this program.
The Advocate is seeking a sponsor for our school! Sponsoring businesses will be included in a monthly Advocate
ad from September - June, recognizing all sponsors during the school year. Sponsors will also be provided a 5”x5”
ad booked in each quarter recognizing the business only.
