Strategies Needed to Make A
Spiritual Paradigm Shift
Oftentimes, A major Paradigm Shift is needed to meet the
challenge for leaders who are loyal and committed followers who
have served notably well in leadership positions for years in their
current/ prior Church, Organization, and Fellowship. Senior
Leaders who are currently serving as Pastors, Apostles,
Prophets, Evangelist, community or civic leaders are sometimes
confronted with issues such as conflict of interest, incompatible
agendas, impure motives, technological changes, leadership
styles, methodologies, and maintaining sound Biblical truths
without compromising the Word of God.
To be a good Kingdom leader one must have been a good
follower with a proven and tested record of loyalty, stability,
and endurance. The scriptures teaches us that we will reap
the harvest of our diligent service in another man or woman
vineyard (Proverbs 24:27). Bishop Blue quotes “A true servant
leader vision is to labor to achieve another man or woman
vision.”
Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory: but in lowliness of
mind let us esteem others better than themselves. Look not every
man on his own thing, but every man also on the things of others.
Philippians 2:1-4

Strategies Needed to Make A
Spiritual Paradigm Shift
Obedience and Love for the Word of God
For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword,
piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto
you, they are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63
And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:32
Desire truth in the inward part
He sent his word and heal them. Psalms 107:20
Love
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment.
He that feareth is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us. If a
man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his
brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
II Timothy 1:7
Love covereth a multitude of sins. I Peter 4:8
Walk In Love
Be ye followers of God, as dear children: Walk in love as Christ has love us, and hath
given himself for us as an offering and a sacrifice to God, for a sweet smelling saviour.
Ephesians 5:1-2
Faith
For whosoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that
overcometh the world, even our faith. I John 5:4-5; Mark 11:22
Effectual Prayer and Fasting
And the Prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up;…The effectual
fervent prayer of the righteous availeth much.
James 5:15-16

The Name Of Jesus
The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is
safe. Proverbs 18:10
Salvation In the Name of Jesus
Matthew 1:21; Acts 2:4; Acts 2:38; Acts 4:12
Matthew1:21: And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt called his name
JESUS: For he shall save his people from their sins,
Acts 4:12: Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name
under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Healing In the Name Of Jesus
Acts 3:6: Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I
thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.
Acts 3:16 And his name through faith in his name hath made this man strong
whom ye see and know: yea the faith which is by him hath given him this perfect
soundness in the presence of you all.
Acts 4:19: Be it known unto you all, and the people of Israel, that by
the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God
raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand ye before you
whole.

Paradigm Shift Through The Power of Prayer
Look to the LORD and his strength; seek his face always.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble
themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their
wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive
their sin and will heal their land.
Answer me when I call to you, O my righteous God. Give me relief
from my distress; be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
In the morning, O LORD, you hear my voice;
in the morning will I direct my prayers unto thee, and will look up.
I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find
me.
Evening, morning and noon I cry out in distress, and he hears my
voice My voice shall thy hear in the morning, O LORD.
Hear, O LORD, my righteous plea; listen to my cry. Give ear to my
prayer – It does not rise from deceitful lips.
The LORD is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in
truth.
The LORD detests the sacrifice of the wicked, but the prayer
of the upright pleases him.
Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret
when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes. 52
Paradigm Shift Through The Power of Prayer
Jeremiah 29:11-15 - For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,
saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an
expected end.
Matthew 21:21-22 - Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say
unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this
[which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this
mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be
done.
Mark 11:24 - Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire,
when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
"Have faith in God," Jesus answered. "I tell you the
truth, if anyone says to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,'
and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will
happen, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask
for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. And
when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive
him, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins."
Luke 11:9 - And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and
ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
53
Paradigm Shift Through The Power of Prayer
John 14:13-14 - And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the
Father may be glorified in the Son.
John 15:7 - If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye
will, and it shall be done unto you.
Ephesians 6:18 - Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and
watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
Philippians 4:6-7 - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and
supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
1 Timothy 2:5 - For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men,
the man Christ Jesus.
1 Timothy 2:8 - I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands,
without wrath and doubting.
James 5:16 - Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that
ye may be healed. The effectual and fervent Prayer of the righteous availeth
much.
And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his
commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
1 John 5:14-15 - And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask
any thing according to his will, he heareth us.
But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your
most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keeping
yourselves in the love of God, …See Footnote

1 Corinthians 14:15 So what shall I do? I will pray with my spirit, but I
will also pray with my mind; I will sing with my spirit, but I will also sing with
my mind.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of
prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying
for all the saints. Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words
may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the
gospel.
Philippians 4:6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer
and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Colossians 4:2 Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all
circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.
I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession
and thanksgiving be made for everyone. For kings and all those in authority,
that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is
good, and pleases God our Savior, Who wants all men to be saved and to come
to a knowledge of the truth.
I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without
anger or disputing.
Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so
that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong
motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures.

Jesus Teaches On Prayer
Luke 11:1-4 One day Jesus was praying in a certain place. When he
finished, one of his disciples said to him, "Lord, teach us to pray, just
as John taught his disciples." He said to them, "When you pray, say:
"'Father, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come. Give us each
day our daily bread. Forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone
who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us
from evil.”
Matthew 6:5-12 And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for
they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners
to be seen by men. I tell you the truth, they have received their
reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door
and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees
what is done in secret, will reward you.
Matthew 5:43 "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor
and hate your enemy. But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for
those who persecute you.” Romans 13:17-21; Romans 12:14
Mark 11:17 And as he taught them, he said, "Is it not written: “My
house will be called a house of prayer for all nations'? But you have
made it 'a den of robbers.”
- But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that
wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

my deliverer.
, 7, 18-40 And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and
Many are the affliction of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth them
out of them all.
- [The righteous] cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of
all their troubles.
Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.
Psalms 46:1- God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in the time of
trouble
- Then they cried unto the LORD in their trouble, [and] he delivered
them out of their distresses.
- And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou
shalt glorify me.
- I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my
fears. John 8:32,36
- For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the
law, but under grace.
- Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free,
and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
- The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to
reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth
therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this
man shall be blessed in his deeds (James 1:22, 25). Therefore We ought
to give the more earnest heed to the things we have heard, lest at any
time we should let the slip (Hebrews 2:1).
- For I know the thoughts that I think toward
you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give
you an expected end.
You Can If You Think You Can!
If you think you are beaten, you are,
If you think you dare not, you don't.
If you like to win, but you think you can't,
It is almost certain you won't.
If you think you'll lose, you're lost,
For out in the world we find,
Success begins with a fellow's will.
It's all in the state of mind.
If you think you are outclassed, you are,
You've got to think high to rise,
You've got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.
Life's battles don't always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But soon or later the man who wins,
Is the man who thinks he can.
~ C. W. Longenecker
As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Proverbs 23:7
Whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just, Whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report,
Think on these. If there be any virtue and if there be any praise,
think on these things. Philippians 4:8
