On the following pages you’ll find quotations you are
welcome to use for your calculations. Please note that these
are indicative prices only. We fix the prices in relation to exact
date, duration and quantity of trips. The prices are subject to
seasonal variations.
Please note that the quoted package prices do not include the
“guest tax” levied in many destinations and are only valid for
a minimum of 20 people. For every 21 participants in the tour,

DAY 1: Arrive at your hotel.

DAY 2: Enjoy your breakfast, and then take a drive to
Montagna where you will visit the Pfitscher Winery, the
first climate-controlled winery in South Tyrol and where
a spectacular panoramic view of the South Tyrolean
wine region awaits you. After an interesting tour of
their cellar, a selection of their high quality wines
will be laid out for you to sample and compare. In the
afternoon, travel South Tyrol’s “wine street” to San Paolo
in Appiano. There, you will visit “Vis à Vis”, a renowned
modern wine bar, first touring a nearby vineyard and
then enjoying an extensive tasting of wines from all
regions of Italy.
DAY 1: Today you will go on a very special and exclusive tour
of a vineyard estate located high above the rooftops
of Bolzano. Here you will enjoy a glass of “Saint
Magdalener” and a classic South Tyrolian “Bretteljause”
(a selection of meats and garnishes served on a
wooden platter) as you take in the amazing outdoor
panorama. Afterwards you’ll be treated to a guided tour
of Bolzano or Merano.
DAY 4: Pack your things and journey homeward

DAY 1: Check into your hotel.
DAY 2: Today take a tour of the wonderful Dolomites,
with a stopover to see the fascinating wood carving displays at Dolfi Land.
DAY 3: After breakfast this morning, you’ll start off on
an easy half-day hike to Knottnkino, the “Rock
Cinema” at Verano, where you will enjoy an absolutely breathtaking mountain panorama. In the
afternoon, take a drive down “Wine Street”

DAY 2: Breakfast in you hotel, and then you’re off to Maso
Corto in the Senales Valley to take a cable car up to
the glacial world of eternal ice. If you wish, you can eat
lunch in the summit restaurant while quietly enjoying
the breathtaking panorama of the surrounding Alpine
peaks. In the afternoon, head to Merano, to the botanical Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, which were
added in 2013 to the list of the most beautiful gardens
in Europe, and which are bound to leave you with new
impressions of what “botanical diversity” really means.
You’ll have a few hours here before heading back to
your hotel.
DAY 2: Take a day trip to Lake Garda with a possible boat trip
or take a tour of the Dolomites with a stop in the woodcarving museum at “Dolfi Land”.
DAY 3: In the morning, travel to visit Bolzano or Merano. In
the afternoon, journey along the wine road to a wine

DAY 1: Arrive at your hotel in Val di Sole/Trentino
DAY 2: On today’s tour of Lake Garda, take the time to
discover this fascinating scenery and the towns and
villages there. Optional boat tours are available at the
lake (eg. Limone to Riva with a short stay in Riva or at
one of the other picturesque towns that surround the

DAY 3: Today you’ll take the famous Bernina Express from
Tirano to Pontresina, going from a land of palm trees

DAY 2: Today, take a full-day guided tour of the Brenta
Dolomites. The highlights of this excursion include
Molveno and Lake Molveno , the 130-meter Nardis
Waterfall , and the Adamello Brenta Nature Park.
DAY 3: After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a guided tour of
Trento, followed by a leisurely excursion to Levico
Terme and Caldonazzo. In the late afternoon, join in

DAY 2: After breakfast, travel to the war-history museum
in Rovereto. Then visit Rovereto Castle which was
badly damaged during WWI, but has been completely
restored.
DAY 3: This morning, take a guided tour of the Fortress of
Belvedere-Gschwent, a fortification built by the Austro
–Hungarian Emperors, and today a museum and one
of the best-preserved fortifications of that period.
Afterwards, pay a visit to the village of Luserna, a
German linguistic enclave that stands as a testament
to the domination of the Austrian Hungarian Empire
before and during the First World War.
DAY 4: Take a trip to the museum of Fort Tre Sassi on
Mount Lagazuoi in Cortina d’Ampezzo. From here
a 1.5- to 3-hour guided hike can be made to the
“Edelweiss Stellung”, a former Austrian-Hungarian
gun emplacement near the Fort. A guided excursion
through the Dolomites can also be combined with
this day’s adventures.

DAY 2: After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, take a drive to
the provincial capital of Trento to visit Buonconsiglio
Castle. Then a light lunch, and continue with a guided
tour of Trento, taking in its many historic churches and
monuments.
DAY 3: This morning, travel to Rovereto to visit Castel Beseno,
one of the largest forts in the Italian alpine region,
and enjoy the breathtaking views of the entire valley.
Then carry on to Lake Toblino, and take a walk around
this charming little lake before finishing off your
evening with an unforgettable dinner in the medieval
ambience of Castel Toblino Restaurant.
DAY 4: Today you’ll be heading off in the direction of Lake
Garda to the city of Arco, where you will visit the
fairytale ramparts of Arco Castle and admire the very
special view from there of the world-famous Lake
Garda. Continue on to Torbole-Nago on Lake Garda
where you can spend the afternoon exploring on a
Lake Garda tour.

DAY 1: Introductory tour: Merano/Lagundo to Bolzano
(about 30 km). After arriving at Merano/Lagundo, take
a light lunch and then start the bike trip to Bolzano.
DAY 2: Today you will tour the Vinschgau Valley, from Mals
to Töll with a stopover in Glurns and lunch in Laas.
This is one of the most beautiful routes in South Tyrol
(approx. 55 km).
DAY 3: Today, ride from Ora to Trento (about 45 km), with free
time in Trento to visit this cathedral town.
DAY 4: Carry on from Trento to Riva on Lake Garda where you
could have lunch right on the harbour and free time
to stroll or cycle (approx. 55 km).
DAY 5: Farewell tour day. Pedal from Ora to Lake Caldaro
where the opportunity to take lunch on a terrace

DAY 1: Arrival – Bike Tour, Klausen to Bolzano
Bus trip to the artist’s community of Klausen where
you’ll hop on your bike and take a guided tour through
the fertile and picturesque mountain landscape of the
Eisack Valley to Bolzano.
DAY 1: Arrive by bus at Vipiteno, from where you can start the
tour, travelling with your guide through Fortezza to
Bressanone. (ca. 30 km. Easy) (Note: You may wish to
travel directly to your hotel if your travel plans do not
give you time for this ride on the first day.)
DAY 2: The Puster Valley
Today you’ll cycle the Puster Valley with your bike tour
leader from Toblach along the Rienz River to Bruneck.
After a break you’ll continue through the picturesque
valley and past the imposing mountain scenery to the
finish at Mühlbach (about 50 easy km)
DAY 2: From Bressanone cycle through the idyllic and fertile
mountain landscapes of Valle Isarco to Bolzano. This
bilingual city, with its historic arcades and Gothic
cathedral, is still an important economic and cultural
link between Italy and Germany. (ca. 45 km. Easy)
DAY 3: Val di Fassa – Fiemme
Today’s ride is through the heart of the Dolomites:
Val di Fassa and Val di Fiemme. The route follows
the Avisio River, passing the mountain peaks of the
Rosengarten, Latemar and Lagorai (about 45 easy km).
DAY 3: Today your cycling guide will lead you through the
wine and fruit country of the Überetsch-Unterland/
Oltradige-Bassa Atesina, the valley of the Adige river
south of Bolzano and the largest wine-growing region
of South Tyrol. Along the way, you will visit the towns
of Appiano, Termeno, Ora and Egna. (ca. 50 km. Easy)
DAY 4: Passeier Valley – Merano – Adige Valley
On this day your bike tour takes you cycling in the
Passeier Valley. You’ll travel along the Passer river, past
St. Leonhardt and St. Martin to Merano. After a short
break, continue south through the orchards of the
Adige Valley (about 50 easy km).
DAY 4: It’s a cross-country trip today, following your guide on
the beautiful bike paths from Naturno through Merano
to Bolzano, travelling right through the middle of the
vineyards and orchards of the Adige Valley. (ca. 50 km.
Easy)
DAY 5: A Round Trip through Orchards & Vineyards
As a farewell ride, travel the vast expanse of orchards

DAY 1: Arrive by bus at your hotel in the Dobbiaco area.
DAY 2: Cimabanche/Dobbiaco – Colalzo (ca. 45 km)
After breakfast, take the bus to Passo Cimabanche from
where you will begin your bicycle tour following the
old railway line along the mountain ranges to Cortina
D’Ampezzo. From here, enjoy the view of “The Tofana”, the
queen of the Cristallo mountain range. And, after a break,
continue on to Colalzo. The route is only partially paved.
DAY 3: Belluno – Feltre (ca. 40 km)
From the ancient city of Belluno, cycle through the
varied hilly landscape and picturesque villages along the
path. Feltre, an interesting provincial town with several
museums and churches, is undoubtedly a worthwhile
stop.
DAY 4: Feltre – Belluno (ca. 50 km)
Today the cycle tour takes you to Lake Corlo and further
into the Brenta Valley. Where the Brenta River reaches the
plains lies the town of Bassano del Grappa, made famous
by the legend that grappa was first distilled there.
DAY 5: Castelfranco Veneto – Treviso (ca. 40 km)
This portion of the tour partly follows cycle paths and
partly travels along side streets. In this manner you will
reach the shores of the Sile River and from there cycle
onwards to Treviso.
DAY 6: Treviso – Lido di Jesolo (ca. 40 km)
The bicycle tour starts south of Treviso, the provincial
capital, and follows along the cycle path towards the
sea. Enroute, enjoy the views of the nature reserve by the

Today you will ride to the peninsula “della Donzella”
the home of many fishermen who live by farming
mussels and clams. After lunch, continue on to the
fishing village of Santa Giulia, and follow the Po River
back to your hotel (about 60 km).
DAY 3: Italian Amsterdam
Board the bus this morning, taking a 60km drive to
Mesola and then cycle along the Po di Venezia to
Francolino. There you will take the bus again, this time
to Ferrara, a quaint little town considered to be the
most bicycle-friendly city in Italy. Enjoy some free time
and then take the bus to your hotel (about 60 km).
DAY 4: Polesine Camerini
You’re on your bike today, first on the peninsula of
Polesine Camerini, going to Pila and then to Porto
Tolle. There’s the possibility of a boat trip here (about 2
hours) through the vast expanse of reeds that are the
habitat of many rare species of birds (about 50 km).
DAY 5: Culture-Rich Ravenna
Today’s route runs from San Alberto along the Reno
river with magnificent views of the lagoons. With

You begin the bike tour heading south from the
provincial capital of Treviso, staying on the bike trails all

DAY 3: From Lido di Jesolo to Caorle
From Lido di Jesolo, first follow the coastline and then
the Piave River through the hinterland. Once past the
village of Eraclea, cycle back to the sea and along the
coastline to Caorle. There you can spend some leasure
time before returning by bus to the hotel (about 35 km).
DAY 4: To Venice; by bike and boat
Cycle along the Jesolo peninsula to Punta Sabbioni, then
travel by boat to Venice where you will have free time to

DAY 2: Orcia Valley
Cycle through the picturesque Orcia Valley, which was
designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2004. The
tour follows side roads and well-maintained bike paths
through the scenic hills, and offers you the opportunity
to visit such cultural gems as Penza and Bagno Vignoni.
DAY 3: The Vineyards of Montalcino
High altitudes present the best views of the Montalcino
vineyards and you’ll be cycling amongst defiant castles,
medieval villages and noble wineries. At the finish of
this tour, a tasting of Brunello, the region’s classic red
wine, is almost mandatory.
DAY 4: The Chiana Valley
Ride through the fields and pastures of this valley
(which is known for its white Chianina cattle) all the
way up to the southeast corner of Tuscany where you
can catch a glimpse of neighboring Umbria. The tour
ends in Cortona, an early Etruscan settlement where,
today, the medieval architecture provides a backdrop for

From the world famous pilgrimage town of Maria
Weissenstein, hike through forests and meadows,

view of the Bletterbach Gorge, South Tyrol’s grand
canyon. Perhaps a stop for refreshments at an alpine

DAY 1: Everyone meets up in the Eisack Valley at Chiusa, the
city of Albrecht Dürer, the famous 15th century German artist and intellectual. From there, the cyclists
will depart on the 25 km bike path to Bolzano. It’s
easier for the hikers who will take a bus to Bolzano
after an easy 2-hour walk through landscapes typical
of the Eisack Valley, travelling along the slopes below
Säben Abbey to Velturno. Likely they’ll have time
fora leisurely stroll in Bolzano while they wait for the
bicyclists. Then it’s to the hotel.
DAY 2: A bike tour through Val Venosta today – an easy 50
km route. For the hikers, it’s a circular route from
Glorenza to Tarces to “Tarscher Bühel” and back to

DAY 3: Cycling tour from Naturno to Merano to Bolzano.
An easy tour of 45 kms. A hike along the “Marlinger

of approximately 45 km, easy. Hiking in the Trudner
Horn Nature Park, approximately 4 hours, elevation

Unterland/Trentino and back, a round trip of about
45 km, rated easy. A hike on the high plateau of
“Reggelberges” above Ora, in the area of Bletterbach

DAY 2: Today, explore the Verdinser waterway, one of the
most popular hiking trails in the Merano area.
Travelling along the channel, you will pass forests,
chestnut groves and orchards. Then pay a visit to

DAY 3: After breakfast visit Tyrol Castle, home of the Tyrolean
Counts in the cradle of the lands of Tyrol. Then it’s
down into the valley to explore the Algunder irrigation
canal.

DAY 2: After breakfast, go hiking on the Alpe di Siusi, the
largest high alpine meadow in Europe. Afterwards,

folk music style.
DAY 3: Travel to Lake Garda today, taking the Malcesine
cableway to the top of Monte Baldo for a beautiful
panoramic view of the lake and the start of that day’s
hike. In the afternoon return to Malcesine with free
time for shopping.
DAY 3: The coast road takes you to Malcesine and, from
there, a gondola up Monte Baldo to 1760m. From
here it’s an easy hike to the Belvedere view point
and an unsurpassable view of Lake Garda and the
surrounding mountains. Back to the gondola, get
off at the middle station, and continue on foot to
Malcesine (ca 6km; 450 m ascent)
DAY 4: Today’s hike takes you to Lake Ledro, walking mostly
on flat paths with incredible views of “the Blue
Lagoon”. From there by bus to Canale, one of the most
beautiful villages in Italy, where you will continue
your trek to Lake Tenno and the waterfall at Varone,
a 90-meter cascade of water into a deep rocky gorge.
And finally, back to the hotel by bus. (ca 15 km
DAY 4: Today after breakfast, you will be hiking in Bletterbach
Geoparc, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. And you’ll
experience a ‘Hüttengaudi’ at a convenient location.
DAY 5: From Torbole you first go uphill to the Church of
Sant’Andrea, picturesquely situated in the middle
of an olive grove. The panoramic Busatte Tempesta
trail begins here, providing magnificent views of
the lake and surrounding countryside. At the end of
this exciting path lies the “Stairway to Heaven”, a
decent in the direction of Lake Garda that seems to be
floating above the lake (ca 10 km)
