Pippinfest will take place this year on September 26 and 27 , the last full weekend of
September. If you have not participated with us before, Pippinfest is a "Main Street Festival" designed
for family fun and enjoyment. There are yard sales throughout town only on Saturday; there's a special
area with overnight security provided for vendors who wish to participate both Saturday and Sunday;
and on Sunday there's a variety of entertainment with craft vendor booths set up all along Main Street.

An application is provided with this letter. All applications are reviewed by the Pippinfest
committee prior to acceptance, and special consideration is given to vendors who will demonstrate their
craft on site. The committee particularly welcomes those vendors with good quality handmade crafts or
self-created items. If space permits, a limited number of quality retail products will be accepted and
will be grouped in proximity to each other. In all cases, displays will be checked to ensure that the
products are consistent with those listed on the application. Space assignments are made by the
Pippinfest Committee Chairman and only the Chairman can change the location.
Should a property owner decide to set up in the space in front of their home or not be willing to
permit use of their property this year, a previously assigned space may not be available. However, all
efforts will be made to keep the same space assignments as last year for those applications received by
May 30. After May 30, spaces will be assigned in the order received. All vendors, including nonprofit organizations and Main Street residents, are encouraged to submit their applications no
later than August 1. You'll notice on the application that all registration fees increase by $10.00 for
applications postmarked after August 1.

Please remember that the Pippinfest Committee does not supply
tables, chairs, canopies, or electricity for use by vendors.
