A two-phase, 1.1 million square
foot mixed-use development that
will anchor 53rd Street and Lake
Park Avenue in Chicago’s Hyde
Park neighborhood. Developed in
partnership with the University of
Chicago and the City of Chicago,
Harper Court will blend 250,000
square feet of commercial space, a
select service hotel, 425 residential
units and structured parking to create the south side’s newest destination. The project will be anchored
by a 150,000 square foot University
of Chicago office tower that will
serve as a prominent gateway to
both campus and community. The
project features 100,000 square feet
of retail with an emphasis on dining
and entertainment.
