SUBMARKET OF CHICAGO
New York, NY – February 17, 2015 – KTR Capital Partners (“KTR”) announced today that an affiliate closed on

the acquisition of a 271,057 square foot modern distribution building located at 11200 88 Avenue in Pleasant
Prairie, Wisconsin. Constructed in 1998, and later expanded in 2008, this cross-dock facility features 25 to 32

clearance height, ESFR, T-8 lighting and 65,692 square feet of two-story office. Additionally, 11200 88
Avenue is complemented by 31 dock doors, 460 auto parking spaces, 39 trailer parks and a 131 foot truck
court. The property is situated on the Illinois/Wisconsin border within Lakeview Corporate Park and is

immediately adjacent to I-94. 11200 88 Avenue is fully-leased to two tenants.
