General Show Information and Policies
Show Hours
Public Show Hours - Please have someone present in your booth at beginning of each show day.
Friday, February 26 - 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, February 27 - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, February 28 - 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitors may be in the building after 8:00 each morning & 1 hour after show closing each show day.
Move-In Hours
Bulk Areas - Thursday, February 25 - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Booths - Thursday, February 25 - 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.– Forklift & Drive-In by special request.
- Friday, February 26 - 8:00 a.m. to noon - No forklift available. No Drive In.
Move-Out Hours - Sunday, February 28 - 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
PLEASE DO NOT DISMANTLE YOUR EXHIBIT BEFORE CLOSING TIME SUNDAY!
Town Toyota Center Rules and Policies
No food or beverage can be served or sold to the public.
No outside food or beverage can be consumed on the main floor. If you have special dietary needs,
and you must bring in your own food, please be discreet.
Check Cashing Policy
Shuyler Productions cannot cash personal checks at the show. Payment for any balance on exhibit
space must be made on set-up day with cash, money order, or credit card.
Selling in the City of Wenatchee
Every exhibitor, including non-profit, must display a City of Wenatchee Business License, with the
exception of those who are only providing information or government agencies. If you do not have one,
an application is provided for your convenience. The cost for a 3 day temporary license is $25.00.
Selling in Washington State
As required by Washington State law, any exhibitor selling or generating sales in Washington State
must submit their UBI number to the show production company (Shuyler Productions). For your
convenience, we have provided a space on our Exhibitor Registration form. Please call, email, FAX
or mail prior to February 12, 2016.

Overnight Accommodations
Comfort Inn is offering show exhibitors a discounted rate. See enclosed sheet for information.
Make your reservations by February 8 and mention the Sportsmen Show to receive your discount.

Registration Information
Badge & Guest Pass Information
 Badges & guest passes are issued during registration on February 25 – not mailed prior to the
show.
 Clubs & non-profit organizations are given 8 badges with the name of the club or organization on
the badge. These can be circulated among members who are working at their booth.
 “Will Call” is available at the Exhibitor Entrance for badge exchange & distribution during the show.
 Badges are in the form of punch cards. Exhibitor Entrance attendants will punch your badge each
day and stamp your hand if you need to come and go throughout the day.
Check In
 Check in for the show at the Town Toyota Center before you set up your booth. Check in begins
on set-up day, February 25 at the Wenatchee Valley Sportsmen Show Information Booth located
by the Main Entrance.
 If you need forklift assistance (no charge to you), please let us know.
Exhibitor Fees
 All exhibitor fees must be paid in full prior to setting up exhibit.
 Payment on set-up day must be made with cash, money order, credit card, or cashier’s check.
Exhibitor Entrance and Parking
 The Exhibitor Entrance and parking area is located on the north side of the Town Toyota Center.
All exhibitors MUST use this entrance beginning at 10 a.m. on Friday and throughout the rest of
the show. Attendants will ask to see your badge.

Booth and Bulk Space Information
Business License and Sellers Permits
 Every exhibitor, including non-profit, must display a City of Wenatchee Business License, with the exception of

Decorated Exhibit Booths
 Each decorated exhibit booth consists of cloth drapery, 3’ high side panels and 8’ high back walls.
 Chairs are provided by the facility at no additional cost. If you need a chair, please contact Shuyler Productions
by February 12. There is a limited number of tall chairs.
 Tables can be furnished for a fee of $15.00. Please contact Shuyler Productions by February 12 to request a
table. Standard tables come with a skirt. There is a limited number of tall round tables, no skirting.
 Displays or signs must be contained within the exhibit space without projections. See enclosed Booth Set Up
sheet for more information.
Bulk Space
 Bulk Space areas include floor space only. No space dividers or drapes are provided in these areas.
 Fuel tanks that are part of the display must have fuel tank cap taped closed & all batteries disconnected.
 All trailer hitches must be covered for caution.
Electrical Power
 Each space is automatically furnished with 500 Watts electrical power at no additional cost.
 Additional power will be $25.00 per booth.
 Requests for additional power must be submitted to Shuyler Productions prior to February 12.

Security
 Neither Shuyler Productions, nor TCC management, nor Chelan County will be responsible for lost,
stolen or damaged merchandise or equipment but 24-hour security will be provided each day of the
show.
 Facility janitors will not enter exhibit booths for security reasons.
Wi-Fi
 Town Toyota Center offers free Wi-Fi.
Shipping Information
 Town Toyota Center will accept prepaid advance shipments beginning February 22.
