Grillfish can accommodate groups, both large and small,
for cocktail hours, buffet dinners, or seated affairs. Our dining-room comfortably seats 100 guests, and our full bar
has ample standing-room as well as seating for an additional 15
guests. Our cozy patio has additional seating for 24 guests.

Logan Tavern can accommodate groups, both large and small, for
cocktail hours, buffets, dinners, or seated affairs. Our combined
dining-rooms comfortably seats 130 guests, and our full bar has
ample standing room as well as seating for an additional 12 guests.
Our side dining-room, with floor length windows and which can be
rented privately, comfortably seats 55 guests, and it can cater up to
75 guests for cocktail affairs. Furthermore, our outdoor patio can
seat up to 32 guests.

happy to work with you to meet menu, dietary, and budgetary needs.

The Pig can accommodate private seated events for up to 80
guests and standing events, with limited seating, for up to 110
guests. All private events are full-restaurant buy-outs, for The Pig
does not have a private room. Groups that are larger than 12 can
still be accommodated easily in a non-private manner, with tables
seated in proximity to each other and limited menus designed to fit
your guests’ tastes.

Q: What kind of environment and
service can I expect at an
EatWell DC restaurant?
A: Each of EatWell DC’s restaurants offer
a casual, professional, and welcoming
environment; while staying true to its own
unique identity. Our well trained staff all
offer the same courteous service.
Q: How are your prices determined?
A: In private rentals, we simply look at the sales
for the comparable date (as your date of
interest) from the previous year, and we
ask that you commit to that as a food and
beverage minimum spend; how you spend
that money is up to you. Unlike many
other venues, EatWell DC does not charge
a “room rental” fee.
Q: How do I reserve space?
A:You can confirm the availability of a date by
emailing [email protected]. If the date
is available, space is considered reserved
once a signed contract, and 50% deposit
of contracted cost paid, via our booking
system,Venuebook. The deposit is fully
refundable up to 30 days prior to
the event date.
Q: Would we have use of the patio?
A: In private rentals, you do have access to all
the front of house spaces in the restaurant,
including the patios. However, use of the
patio is weather dependent (as they are
not covered by an awning).
Q: I need valet parking, can you
offer that to me?
A: At this time EatWell DC does not offer valet
parking; however, our restaurants are all
located close by to parking garages. We
would be happy to contact a valet service
on your behalf if you desire.
Q: How long will my event last?
A: That is up to you; pricing (food and beverage
minimum) will be based on the time period
of your choosing.
Q: Can I book the space
without seeing it first?
A: Booking a space without seeing it is
permitted, but we STRONGLY ADVISE
visiting for a tour of the restaurant of
your interest.
Q: Is your private event space
accessible for those with
wheelchairs or disabilities?
A: All of EatWell DC’s restaurants are
wheelchair/handicap accessible.
Q: I love the food at your restaurants,
but I already have a space picked out,
do you cater?
A: Of course! We can bring the food
(and staff) to you.

Thank you for choosing EatWell DC for your event. We have a completely digitized
system to make the whole event planning process easier for you. Not only are you able
to refer to your Event File at any time to view the details of your event, but you are able
to digitally sign off on, make PCI Compliant payments and select your menu – all of this
automatically updates on our end, creating a more seamless interaction for both of us.

NON-PRIVATE EVENTS GUARANTEED MINIMUM SPEND
Proposed costs are based on group seating at more

must be paid 72 hours prior to the event date.
Cancellation after this time will result loss of 50% of
the contracted cost, to be issued in the form of a Gift
Certificate, redeemable at a future date at any EatWell
DC location.
Client agrees to supply a single credit card for payment
of any additional food and beverage costs beyond the
contracted price.
Actual costs will be based on the number of guests
in attendance. A minimum of [agreed upon minium #
of guest] at contracted total cost is required and is
guaranteed to [EatWell DC location], regardless of the
number of guests in attendance (without notice 72 hours
prior to the event date).
