Beliefs in the Mind.
What is Limiting Belief?
Beliefs that are held either consciously or subconsciously that serve as obstacles to
manifesting and attracting what you want.
For example: You want a healthy and thin body, but something inside you says you’re
fat, which results you in giving up trying to reach your goal.
1. I am Fat.
2. It is difficult to slim down. I can gain back my weight anytime.
3. I tried everything but it doesn’t work.
Everyone have their own unique set of limiting beliefs related to the goal they want to manifest.
Find out your own belief scripts will help you to cultivate positive mind-set and attract the results
you always want.
Understanding Beliefs
Many of these beliefs were formed and
accumulated throughout our childhood.
We picked them up through our
interactions with others – like when we
were scolded for doing something wrong
or not doing something the way our
parents expected us to. A common
resulting belief is I’m not good
enough, which then bleeds into other
beliefs that affect us during adulthood,
like, I’m not capable enough or I’m not
talented or I’m stupid.
The problem with limiting beliefs
The biggest problem that limiting beliefs cause is that they force you to live below
your potential. If there is a box that weights 10 kilograms but you believed that it
weights 100 kilograms you might not even try to move it because of thinking that you
can't.
The limiting belief in such a case prevented you from lifting the box even though you
have the ability to lift it.
Where do limiting beliefs come from?
People acquire limiting beliefs as a result of going through certain life experiences and
as simple as acquire a limiting belief through a friend.
Back to the box's example. If a friend kept telling you that this box over there is very
heavy and that it weights above 100 kilograms you might not try to lift it even though
you didn't try it yourself! In such a case you acquired the limiting belief from your
friend and lived with a limited potential even though you never tested your power.
The media, our friends, our relatives, parents, loved one, and the people we come in
contact with keep feeding us with limiting beliefs without our notice.
Some people live without self confidence just because they absorbed the limiting
beliefs imposed on them by others.

DIY Releasing Limiting Beliefs – Step 1
Sit down quietly or in meditative state, write down
which area you want to manifest or improve.
For Example
I want to loose weight.
Better Example
I want to reduce 5KG excessive weight healthily in 3
months.
DIY Releasing Limiting Beliefs – Step 2
Write down a list of beliefs that may block you to achieve your goal.
For Example
1. I am too busy to loose weight.
2. I have no time to loose weight.
3. I have no time to exercise.
4. Well, it doesn’t work.
5. I tried many times but the weight gain back again.
6. I am easily to gain weight.
If you have difficulties to identify your
own set of limiting beliefs, try out
BodyMaitre Techniques, and usually it
will reveal to you at least 20 limiting
beliefs within 10 minutes for a
specific goal.
DIY Releasing Limiting Beliefs – Step 3
Write your own releasing statement.
For Example
1.
I am releasing the belief of I am too busy to loose weight.
2.
I am releasing the belief of I have no time to loose weight.
3.
I am releasing the belief of I have no time to exercise.
4.
I am releasing the belief of “it doesn’t work.”
5.
I am releasing the belief of I tried many times but the
weight gain back again.
6.
I am releasing the belief of I am easily to gain weight.
DIY Releasing Limiting Belief – Step 4
Place 2-3 drops of Release Blends on your palms, rub it, apply at the back of
your head, then cup your nose by breathing in and out for 30 seconds. While
you are breathing in the plants essence, verbally affirm the releasing
statements.

Review the list of your belief scripts again, ask yourself honestly, do you still
believe in it?
If yes, it is most probably due to subconscious resistance and deeper layers of
associated beliefs have not identify yet. You may wish to seek for professional
advice to help you identify the major beliefs that blocking you to achieve the
goal you want.

Be Honest to your own feeling, do you have any of the following psychological and
emotional issue?

Fault finding and like to play devil's advocate role.
Easily get into fight, anger and frustration.
Difficulties to let go some past experiences and forgive other’s mistakes.
Liver Health Problems like lack of appetite, Fatty Liver, Hepatitis, Liver
Inflammation, or other liver problems like gall stones.

If yes for any of the issue listed in the previous slide, apply 2-3 drops of RELEASE
vibrational oils over your Liver. Cup your nose, breath in and out for 30 seconds and
verbally affirm below. Once a day for 30 days.
