Our Story
Easy Lane was established in December 2015 to
deliver a paddock to plate inspired menu to the
Hawkesbury. We work with local farmers to bring
you the finest Australian produce and deliver fresh
dishes for you to enjoy.
Easy Lane also supports craft beer, wine and cider
industries ensuring a unique experience with each
visit.
Coupled with an eclectic setting boasting hand
crafted bars and furniture along with seasonal shared
and individual dishes and creative cocktails,
Easy Lane has set out to bring a new
culinary vibe to the region.

Mountain Goat Brewery Steam Ale
Rated in the Top 20 Australian Beers List the Steam is a crisp,
certified organic ale. Incorporating a slab of wheat malt in
the grist make-up and then ferments cool, the Cascade and
Citra hops, give it a fresh, zippy finish. 4.5% ABV, 22BU’s.

Poke Salad’s origins are a bit of a mystery, but its creation can be traced
to Hawaii, where it came to prominence as a fisherman’s snack. Full of
flavour and colour, ‘poke’ (pronounced poh-khey) is a Hawaiian word
meaning to cut or slice. Poke salad is made from cuts of cured fish (often
tuna or salmon) with varying accompaniments according to the taste
of the Chef. Drawing on Hawaii’s cultural history, Poke is seasoned with
traditional Asian dressings such as sesame oil, wasabi and soy sauce.
