Watertight Flat Sealed Covers
Fibrelite’s line of watertight, easy to remove composite manhole covers are available in sizes ranging from 40" I.D.
for the largest tank sumps down to 12" I.D. for ATG/monitoring well access. All cover sizes are also available in
Heavy Duty 40-ton load rated versions for truck stops or municipal installations.
Fibrelite’s watertight covers use a silicone gasket to prevent water intrusion - no bolts are required to achieve the
watertight seal. API color coding and locks are available upon request.

Fibrelite’s original line of lightweight, easy to remove composite manhole covers are available in two sizes: 42"
I.D. for the largest tank sumps and 36" I.D. for standard tank sumps. All cover sizes are also available in Heavy
Duty 40-ton load rated versions for truck stops or municipal installations. API color coding and locks are available
upon request.

Single Fill or Dip Port Covers
Fibrelite’s line of watertight, easy to remove composite manhole covers are available with a central or offset port
for access to fill risers. As shown below, the fill port risers provide a 10" diameter opening on the centerline of the
cover or offset 8" off of the centerline (10" offset spacing is available for 15-gallon spill buckets). FC-10 fill caps are
“driver-friendly” and do not require Fibrelite lifting tool for removal or replacement. Fill caps and/or primary cover
can be API color coded upon request.

Multi-Port Covers
Fibrelite’s line of watertight, easy to remove composite manhole covers
are available with multiple ports for access to fill and vapor risers.
As shown below, the fill and vapor port risers provide two 10" diameter
openings spaced 16" apart between the centerline of the cover (20"
diameter spacing is available for 15-gallon spill buckets). FC-10 fill caps
are “driver-friendly” and do not require Fibrelite lifting tool for removal or
replacement. Fill caps and/or primary cover can be API color coded upon
request.

Cover Accessories - FRP Skirts
Fiberglass skirts are available in a range of shapes and sizes for all composite covers. Skirts can be factorybonded to either composite or aluminum frames (additional charges will apply) or shipped separately to minimize
freight costs. Bonding sealant is sold seperately.
