Why Train? The Importance of Training Specifically Dealing With Injection Molding.
Why do companies need to train and what’s the most expensive mistake a processor can make? Find
out with Paulson Training Programs as they reveal the answer in their presentation to MVSPE. Plus,
Paulson will identify industry challenges and share real-world case studies uncovering the most effective path to a skilled workforce - the key to increased revenues.
Speaker: Ted Chrzanowski
Mr. Chrzanowski joined Paulson Training Programs in 1994 as a Regional Sales Manager. During
his career with Paulson Training, he has been responsible for managing customer relationships and
developing training programs targeted toward improving profitability and efficiency of more than
3,000 plastics companies. Mr. Chrzanowski was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2005 and is
now responsible for all sales and customer relationship management functions at Paulson. Prior to
joining Paulson, he held sales positions for Proctor & Gamble and Stanley Works. Mr. Chrzanowski
holds a B.S. in Finance and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Connecticut. He is an active
member of SPE and has attended numerous plastics events, programs and seminars during his 12
years in the plastics industry.
