This fashion-forward mall offers one of the state’s largest
selection of leading specialty retailers including Aldo,
American Eagle Outfitters, Body Shop, Cache, Charlotte Russe,
Coach, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Express, Foot Locker,
Forever 21, Gamestop, G by Guess, H&M, Hollister,
Stride Rite, and Victoria’s Secret. This mall also features a
wide range of eateries, a new food court, three spas, a Bally
Total Fitness, and a state-of-the-art 21-screen Star Theatre
megaplex.
Location
This enclosed, three-level mall is located between
Interstates 94 and 96, adjacent to the Southfield Freeway,
one of Southeast Michigan’s primary north-south
corridors. Fairlane Town Center lies within a fifteen-minute
drive of 1.3 million residents and within five minutes
of almost three million square feet of office and hotel
development. This mall is located directly across the street
from the University of Michigan Dearborn campus and
Michigan’s top tourist destinations–Henry Ford Museum
and Greenfield Village–which draw over 1.5 million visitors
annually. Also, the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the Ritz
Carlton Hotel & Convention Center are located on the
center’s ring road.
