Landstown
High School
History
Landstown High School opened in the year 2001, making it the first Virginia Beach high school built in the 21st Century. Since then,
the school has housed the Technology Academy. Landstown’s first principal was John Erossard. Located on 2001 Concert Dr., their
school mascot is the Eagles and their colors are Royal Blue, Silver, and Black.
The mission of Landstown High School, in partnership with family and community, is to provide a balanced and diverse educational
experience, through the integration of academics, electives, and technology to allow students to discover and develop their full potential
for performance and success.
