Nourish your soul with gentle yoga, creative space, stillness,
woodland walks, massage*, gong sound-bath, belly dancing,
camp fires, wild water swimming in our spring fed lake and
delicious organic vegetarian food
Come and relax, unplug, give yourself time out and align
yourself with your deep feminine wisdom and Shakti energy
Eco Retreat: Cherry Wood is a 40 acre sustainable woodland,
6 miles outside Bath. We are off-grid except for mains drinking water. We use
compost loos (with spectacular views!). Enjoy a willow-screened bush bath or a
wonderful wood-fired shower. Our main workshop is covered and heated. Cooking
is done in our tented kitchen using a clay oven and a fire "hob". There are flat spaces
for camping, or else cosy up in a wood-fired cabin or bell-tent.
Debs is a 'Womb Shaman", yoga teacher, intuitive healer and bodywork therapist.
She has trained with Fountain of Life & Sivananda and offers treatments, yoga
classes, Red Tent circles & retreats at her home in Cherry Wood, near Bath. Her
passion is to work with the land and reconnect people to nature and the Wild
Feminine within.
Louise trained as a Birthing Wisdom Doula, she is also trained in Menstrual Cycle
Awareness and with the Journey of Young Women Mentoring Programme. She is a
Celebration Day for Girls Facilitator and runs ‘Sisterhood under the Westwood’,
based in Bath which holds monthly Moon Circles and a growing number of
celebrations for women & girls.
Linda is a Healer and Sound Therapist who is passionate about sharing her love of sound,
calling on the power of the Sacred Gong, Crystal singing bowls and Shamanic drum. Linda
creates Gong Sound Baths for Relaxation, Transformation and Wellness.
Wafaa grew up with Belly Dancing and believes that it's one of the best ways for a woman
to express herself physically and emotionally regardless of shape or age. Her qualifications,
experience and passion for teaching endorse her belief in the strength of women and their
role in today's society. Wafaa teaches Belly Dancing in Trowbridge & Bath.
The cost is £220 plus accommodation:
