multi-disciplinary approach. Support for the Romanian Association of International Relations and

▪ supervising the implementation of the ARRISE- ECSA Romania Jean Monnet Support for
Associations project;
▪ organizing the Association's events (annual reunions; The International Conference “The
Implications Of EU Policies For The Social, Economic And Political Integration Of Immigrants"; and
other).

Between the 1st of February 2013 and the 31st of January 2014, I was the manager of "The young
take the (co)decision!" project, which was funded by ANPCDEFP through the "Youth in Action"
program, Action 1.3. Projects for Participatory Democracy. "The young take the (co)decision!" was a
project for participatory democracy and its main scope was to facilitate a better understanding of the
way European institutions work and to increase youth participation in European public life. My
activities as project manager involved the following:
▪ organizing a simulation of decision-making in the European Union with 33 young participants from
Romania and Belgium, between the 2nd and the 6th of September, 2013;
▪ facilitating Workshops on the following topics - EU Institutions, European Citizenship and Citizens'
Initiative procedure;
▪ other activities specific to project management.

▪ creating the database for a library in the field of public policies and programs evaluation;
▪ assisting the implementation team in organizing a training for trainers on the development of
curricula, quality assurance and managing qualifications in higher education, the field of evaluation
of public policies and programs;
▪ identifying potential partners for organizing internships that address students specializing in
evaluation of public policies and programs, contacting them and negotiating.

"Competencies, Quality, Flexibility and Employability in the Educational Offer of MA Programs" financed through European structural funds
I was part of the research team that had to do a study on the necessary skills on the labor market to
graduates of Political Science, International Relations, Communication and Administrative Studies.
Therefore, my contribution consisted of:
▪ moderating focus groups;
▪ designing interview, focus group and survey grids;
▪ interviewing 19 potential employers and teachers.

- an educational program that explores intercultural theories and models through active
experimentation in a new cultural environment and deep reflection with a facilitator.
It aimed at improving competencies in the following 4 domains:
