Featuring a beautiful street side front, the home is designed so that the primary living areas (great room, kitchen and master bedroom) are situated on the back side of the home with extra window placement to provide homeowners with the best views of the natural landscape behind their property. The home is 3,179 sq. ft. with three bedrooms and two and one‐half baths. The inside room layout provides both formal and informal areas that allows plenty of flexibility for different family sizes and lifestyles.
