Second Annual
Crown King Charity
Run scheduled for
7/27/13
Already in the works is
the next Crown King Charity
Run. In 2012, Crown King
suffered from a large forest
fire and numerous floods
shortly thereafter, that nearly
shut down the town for good.
Thanks to the hard work
and dedication of our
members, the club managed
to revive Crown King with a
hefty donation of $1545.

The first of many clean up
runs hosted by the AZ Krawlers
was a huge success thanks to all
the members who attended.
A huge thank you to our
member Ken who brought out his
F150 and trailer to haul out all the
trash that was collected.
Even though it was a blustery
cool 46 degrees outside, members
managed to bundle up and push
through the strong winds
gathering up trash left behind by
shooters.
A collection of various types
of trash included a truck bed liner,

This year the Krawlers
have teamed up with Hero
Offroad in the hopes to raise
even more money and split
the proceeds with a secondary
charity geared toward our
military veterans.

2012 RECAP
Shortly after the inaugural run,
the founders hosted a clean up run
to Four Peaks area, near Payson,
on April 22. The club hauled off
tons of trash within the staging/
camping areas.
2012 marks an incredible year
for the AZ Krawlers. Founding
members Jason Windham, Jeremy
Fink and Brian Jones began talk of
starting their own club after
belonging to several others in
Arizona.
After collaborating for
months, the trio started AZ
Krawlers off-road club and had
their inaugural run on April 14th
at the Boulders OHV area, near

held in October with entries in all
flavors that filled even the
hungriest of members.
The months remaining were
dedicated to planning wheeling
classes, offered by Barlow Jeep
School of Sedona, that were to be
very beneficial in learning recovery
and other aspects of off-roading.
In June the club began plans
for putting on a charity event to
raise money for the beloved town

THANK YOU TO OUR MEMBERS
The founders would like to
thank everyone for their
participation in the club at
each and every event. Without
your support, dedication, and
hard work, events like Crown
King and trail clean ups would
not be possible.

With new and exciting
things happening in 2013, the

needed improvements to not
