The COSTA BRAVA GOLF CLUB, is situated in Sta.Cristina
d’Aro (Girona), in the heart of the Costa Brava, where the
abundant and varied Mediterranean vegetation gives
you a peaceful feeling. It lies only 4 Km. from the wellknown inlets and beaches of Platja d’Aro and St. Feliu de
Guixols, first-class tourist places, where you can find all
kind of facilities for shopping and entertainment, as well
as a great variety of hotels and restaurants. Easy to reach:
motorway A-7 Exit 9 from Barcelona and Perpignan (100
Km), and from Girona (30 Km) via road C250.
There are 27 holes: 18 holes Golf Course, founded in
1962, were designed by Hamilton Stutt & CO. It combines a very technical first 9 holes, surrounded by pines
and cork oaks, with the long second 9 holes, flat terrain
with wide long fairways. The 18th hole lies close to the
Club House a Catalonian Farm of 1841, and from the
Club House Restaurant you have a beautiful view of the
18th green, down below. Last 9 holes have been inaugurated the 23th April 2011, and actually they are an excellent combination with the others holes. It is a private
Club but Green-Fee are welcome the whole year.

The Club de Golf Peralada, with 18 holes and a total
length of 6,071 m, is an ideal course for holding competitions of all levels or simply enjoying a pleasant,
relaxing day. It is considered suitable for all players because its design adapts to various levels of play. The 18
holes are distributed into five par 3’s, four par 5’s and
nine par 4’s. They are divided into two itineraries of nine
holes that start and finish at the clubhouse, the first being par 36 and the second par 35, making a total of par
71 for the whole course.
The design of the course shows great respect for
the environment. It is the first course to obtain the European Union’s EMAS Certification. It is located in the
Peralada Resort, which also includes the wine cellars,
the Castle, the Casino and, in the golf course itself, the
Hotel Peralada Wine Spa & Golf with its own Wine Spa
centre, the only one of its kind in Spain, which is based
on therapy with derivates of wine.

Costa Brava was designed by American Robert von
Hagge, one of the best architects in the world. The
36-hole course consists of two 18-hole rounds, the
first of which (Links) runs among dunes and lakes
in the style of the finest Scottish links, while the second (Forest) meanders among pine trees and more
lakes in a Mediterranean forest style. The careful
design and the natural beauty of this course make
it one of the most attractive and stimulating in Europe. There are two new courses approved by the
FEG (the Spanish Golf Federation), and a total of six
approved courses. In addition, there are special tee
grounds called “Birdie Tees” on all the golf courses, to
make them more fun and enjoyable. The complex is
endowed with a 4-star hotel Double Tree by Hilton
Hotel Empordà Golf & Spa set in superb natural surroundings. The 87 guestrooms have large windows
and balconies affording unbeatable views. The spa

Lovers of tradition will find their ideal golf course at Golf
Platja de Pals. The British-style 18-hole par-73 course is
the oldest on the Costa Brava. The concept and careful
construction of the course have earned it a place on
the Golf World ranking as one of the 100 best in Europe.
Thanks to its design and meticulous construction, it
has always been considered one of the best courses
in Spain, and was rated 26 in the Top 100 Spanish Golf
Courses 2014-2015.
The round includes both wide-open and treeflanked fairways, raised greens mostly defended by
bunkers and by a modulated terrain that encourages
the essence of the short game. The noble greens are
spacious and straightforward, but with subtle drops
that require a certain amount of delicacy. The beautiful

This 18-hole course is varied and comprehensive. The
first 9 holes are technically demanding, with narrow
fairways, vegetation and water (the fifth hole is on an
island green). The second stretch, which is completely

Defined as a par-3 of short distances, the 18-hole Par 3
Gualta course is a golfers’ delight, with bunkers, lakes
and large greens. It provides a challenge for golf-ers of
