market as part of our national expansion. We are pursuing relationships with organizations that
have experience with high growth and high volume residential sales. Uptown Solar utilizes a
“standardized” system sales approach that allows for systemic and cost/resource efficient
installations within developing residential markets.

economics for residential program deployment.
• Develop sales/marketing incentive programs for Residential Dealers unique to each
market area.
• Provide “Turnkey” system process for finance, logistics, installation, and customer
support.
Residential Dealer Responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads, prospects, and referrals through direct sales initiatives.
• Adhere to the Uptown Direct process; provision finance application and complete
necessary sales documentation package for each residential sale opportunity..
• Dealer may be required to register under Uptowns Contractors License in select
markets

Appointment Scheduling
Obtain appointments with residential client prospects through
canvassing or direct marketing programs

Step Two:
Customer Application and Installation Agreement
Upon customer agreement to the market
offer, financing application is filled out for
credit qualification at the table in Uptown
finance partners portals – instant approvals.
Customer signs the e-docs for financing and
the Uptown Purchase Agreement

Dealer Upload
The Dealer will upload the executed
Uptown Solar Purchase Agreement into
a CRM. Within 24 hours, Uptown will
process all paperwork.

Scheduling & Installation
The Uptown project manager will coordinate
with the customer and installation team to
schedule a time to begin installation of the
system.

Step Five:
Inspection & Commissioning
Upon completion of installation the Uptown
project manager or his representative will
inspect the installation for quality of
workmanship and code compliance and
will sign off on system for commissioning.

Step Six:
Customer Acceptance
Upon final completion of installation the
Uptown project manager will make sure the
Customer is happy and schedule a time for
the Dealer to visit the customer and walk
through the system.

Dealer Requirements
•
Dealer must have an established Sales Team.
•
Dealer must be willing and able to execute an exclusive Dealer Rep Agreement
with Uptown Solar.
•
Dealer must provide Reps with ability to close deals electronically and upload
contracts to Uptown.
•
Dealer must have the available and necessary resources to expand into
additional cities/counties to satisfy the fast growth initiatives and expansion
plans of Uptown Solar.
•
Dealer must be fully registered with the Secretary of State to transact business
in the selected market – in good standing
•
Dealer must be able to provide Uptown Solar with an Insurance Certificate,
naming Uptown Solar as additional insured.
