Soffieria Sestese
Soffieria Sestese was founded in 1984 as a glass
manufacturer specializing in borosilicate glass 3.3
and quartz components, standard and tailor-made
glass fittings.
Our team of employees consists of highly trained and
qualified technicians, glassblowers and fitters. With
the coordination and supervision of our management,
the team works with a shared knowledge of every
workflow task and activity, to reach a complete
integration of the entire glassblowing process.
The expertise of our technicians, glassblowers as
well as mechanics, is certified by specific welding
licenses. Our products are created with the highest
quality standards.
We continuously implements the very best
techniques and developing projects in partnership
with universities and other research facilities.
We are based in the northern area of Milan and internally,

Soffieria Sestese is a lean and efficient company,
with a long and qualified experience in borosilicate
glass 3.3 manufacturing.
We design and manufacture standard and customized
plants, as well as spare-parts, for chemical,
pharmaceutical, goldsmith, engineering, mechanical
industries and re-sellers from all over the world.
We manage every step of the production cycle, from
design to shipping and installation. We are compliant

Spare parts and repair services
In addition to our production activities, we provide our
clients with standard or tailor-made spare parts.
Our spare parts are produced in accordance
with international standards from new and old
catalogues. Thanks to our qualified international
freight forwarders we can guarantee on-time delivery
worldwide.
Our repair services are another strength of our
company. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts
on standard or tailor-made plants, including those
provided by other companies.
Our mechanics department is fully equipped and
qualified to work on every detail of our clients’ plants,
to adapt and/or assemble components made of
plastic or steel.

Tailored production to
meet your needs
Soffieria Sestese realizes plants according to our
clients’ request and specifications. We study together
with the customer every design detail and the
complete project to have the best solution.
After customer’s approval we manufacture the plant
and we execute the FAT* in our test laboratory.
The plant will be delivered to our client’s site and
performed by SAT**.
We stay close to our clients through complete aftermarket support, with qualified installation, assistance
and maintenance services. Our after-sale contracts
include scheduled maintenance on the plant.
In case of emergencies, we can guarantee our
technician’s assistance within 24 hours after your
call, 7 days a week.

Our system is DNV certified and compliant with
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.
Our quality certification procedure goes on to reach
the phase of CE marking, embossed on our products
to ensure their compliance with the European Union
standards:
Our test laboratory allows us to certify the
compliance of every product, both in borosilicate
glass 3.3 and other materials.
