This conference aims to provide opportunities for
exchange of information, good practice and ideas in
international university cooperation as a key condition for
quality assurance in higher education. It will provide an
opportunity for academics, students, educational and quality
improvement administrators and researchers to promote
discussions and share knowledge, experience and expertise
on the developments and best practices in Higher Education
Quality Assurance. This conference will also analyze the
challenges and issues pertaining to new developments,
innovation, and technology based education. Policies,
governance, management in education and transnational
education will also be discussed.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
All submissions will be in English Language in MS Word
format.
Research-based papers will include a critical analysis of the
current issues and challenges in higher education and quality
assurance. The abstract will also include the research
question(s), hypotheses, methodology, data collection,
findings or results and discussion.
Abstracts will have a maximum of 250 words in Times
New Roman, font 12 and will be submitted via e-mail to
the Program Committee at [email protected].

Sinaia is situated almost in the center of
the country, on the Prahova Valley, at about 120
km from Bucharest and 45 km from Brasov on
DN 1, a modernised road which runs along the
river and passes through unique spots.
The town lies at the foot of the Bucegi
Mountains at 800 m above sea level. Protected
against the coldest winds, Sinaia has a sparing
climate, not very hot in summer (22°C to 24°C)
and not very cold in winter (-1°C to -8°C). The
beauty of the landscape, the freshness of the
summer days and the abundance of the snow in
winter made Sinaia the moust famous mountain
resort in Romania, surnamed the Perl of
Carpathians
Within this very picturesque frame you can find
International Hotel, built in 1983 as a winter
sports hotel and refurbished in 2001 - 2003 as a
business center as well as a recreation place.
