HOMEMADE DIPS
SUNDRIED TOMATO DIP
TACO DIP
• 1 can BPA free navy
beans
• 4 tsp horseradish
• 2 – 4 tsp organic taco
spice
• ¼ - ½ cup fire roasted
tomatoes
Blend to combine.
OLIVE TAPENADE
• ¾ cup raw cashews
(soaked 3 hours - discard
soaking water)
• 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
• ½ fresh lemon, juiced
• pinch sea salt
CREAMY ARTICHOKE DIP
• ¾ cup unsweetened
homemade almond milk
(soaked 15min - save water • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
for blending if needed)
• 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
• ½ cup filtered water
• ¾ tsp sea salt
• 1/3 cup sun dried
tomatoes chopped
Blend until smooth. Adding soak water if needed.
