Taking Action Against PED Websites
•
Send a Letter of Abuse Complaint to the website’s registrar (Go Daddy,
Tucows, Euro DNS, etc.)
•
Letter should reference the registrar’s obligations under ICANN’s 2013 Registrar
Accreditation Agreement (RAA). Unless the 2009 RAA applies.
•
Check the registrar directory at internic.net to determine which agreement applies.
•
If the registrar fails to act, file a complaint against the registrar with ICANN, the
Internet Corporation for the Assignment of Names and Numbers.
