The task of evangelizing all people is
the essential mission of the Church.

Evangelizing is in fact the grace and
vocation proper to the Church, her
deepest identity.

She exists in order to evangelize, that
is to say, in order to preach and teach,
to be the channel of the gift of grace, to
reconcile sinners with God, and to
perpetuate Christ’s sacrifice.

WHOM DO WE MEET ON THE WAY OF FAITH?
Jane (unbap.)
Jane; 24 year-old single mother with a two-year-old
 She thinks her life is awful and that she’s a bad mother;
she has little money to provide a good life for her son; has
to work several jobs to make ends meet; has no close
friends; her grandmother is helping her raise her child
 Had seen the news about Pope Francis saying that even if
you’re not married you can have your child be baptized;
she saw this as a way to provide a better life for her child
 She is unbaptized and looking for baptism for her child
 In the baptismal preparation for her child, the prep team
asked her five questions. Her reflection on those
questions led her to desire baptism for herself.

