“An artist who draws you in with
gorgeous vocals & captivating songs”
“ Definitely an artist with a vision of
how to use her wonderful voice and
pair it up with songs that truly move
you as a listener.”
Meaghan Blanchard is a 24 year old
singer/songwriter from Hunter River, PEI.
She draws a lot of her inspiration for performing and songwriting from
her grandparents Meaghan considers herself lucky to have had the
opportunity to see them perform as a young girl. It helped fuel her
dreams and inspired her to take on the challenge of becoming
a successful performing singer/songwriter.
“ The new album has it all, so great to
hear a pure voice! Classy stuff, great
playing, super mix.”
”She’s Gonna Fly”, her third album was produced by John Keane (REM, Indigo Girls,
Nanci Griffith, Widespread Panic and Cowboy Junkies) at his studio in Athens GA.
Her second album “Chasin’ Lonely Again” was the winner of an ECMA 2011 award.
The album was also nominated for 5 Music PEI Awards.
Meaghan’s first album “Changing Things” picked up four Music PEI 2009 awards
